Monthly Rentals in La Palma

A large, beautiful, fantastic apartment in a historic house, centrally located on the historic Plaza Espana; very quiet, everything very close. We really enjoyed spending a week at Ana Maria's place in the heart of the city.

My stay at Karin's place was great. I felt comfortable and would love to come back. :) Karin is a very friendly, courteous hostess and was very accessible. Hiking trails are right outside the front door and the quiet surroundings are soothing.

We were very warmly welcomed by Alexej personally and felt at home immediately. Casa Alegre is very tastefully decorated and the location is unique on the lava foothills of the Tajogaite overlooking the valley and mountains. The location of the accommodation was an excellent starting point for our tours by car and by bike. We also used the bus connection to Los Llanos and the bus stop as well as two very good restaurants are within easy walking distance. We were very happy and will be happy to come back anytime!

It was a delight to stay at the finca. Inside there is everything you need, e.g. a well-equipped kitchen and sizeable warm beds, but I loved to sit outside reading, looking at the ocean, sometimes the Teide (on Tenerife). If you visit La Palma to hike and relax, you will hardly find a better place. Günter, the host's father, is always available for advice. Hiper Dino and Lidl (supermarkets) are around the corner. There is a nice restaurant within walking distance. Santa Cruz, the airport, the beach, even a hospital are easily reachable as well. Since there are several bus stops in the vicinity, I didn't even need a rental car.
