What a cool little spot in downtown Marfa. Each unit unique, but an overall artist vibe and great outdoor community spots to hang out. Nice art work, well appointed, but not full of clutter. And… the Radio!😉

We had a great stay at Thomas and Rebecca’s place! We came to hike Guadalupe Mountains and Carlsbad Caverns, which are both under an hour’s drive. The house is very comfortable and had everything we needed. In our downtime we lit the wood burning fire and used the kayak and life jackets provided to paddle down the Pecos River, which is directly at the back of the house. All in all a memorable New Year’s trip!

The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. It also smelled amazing, which made the experience even more pleasant. Oscar was incredibly kind and responsive. The location was perfect—convenient and safe. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great Airbnb experience!

Yoshy was a GREAT host. He was available at all times as needed. We experienced a little hiccup and Yoshy did everything within his power to make things right. Yoshy went above and beyond. As we all know things can occur whenever and Yoshy handled our situation very well and professionally. Yoshy place is amazing and very clean makes you feel at home. Minutes away from the beach (walking distance). Mannys Beach House is right there. Very fun atmosphere. Some of us within our group were first timers to Rocky Point and they loved their experience. We will definitely be going back and if Yoshy’s place is available we will gladly stay there again. Thank you very much Yoshy for being such a GREAT host! 🤗

The house was perfect for my family. Plenty of privacy but close to each other at the same time! I loved the size of the dining room and kitchen. Plenty of room to play games and cook breakfast in the morning! And most important it is 20 minutes to almost everything! Thanks for providing a good place to enjoy vacation with our kids.

This is our 2nd stay here and we love the space it affords with the fireplace and the back yard patio furniture for warm days. The bed and bedding are very comfortable, the kitchen is spacious and well equipped and the couches and multiple recliners made the stay extra comfortable. There were some issues with cleanliness when we arrived but it was quickly delt with. Beth was very responsive and helpful. It is in such a convenient location in Sierra Vista with restaurants and grocery nearby. The Christmas tree was a nice touch too!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this lovely house in Las Cruces. The space was exactly as described—clean, uncluttered, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The quaint backyard was a delightful bonus, perfect for relaxing and adding to the charm of the property. It’s clear that a lot of care was taken to make the home welcoming and functional. The only minor issue was with the lock—it took a few tries to get in, which was a bit inconvenient at first. However, it wasn’t a major problem and didn’t detract much from the overall experience. Overall, this house provided a great stay, and I appreciated how well it matched the listing. I’d happily recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, well-maintained home in Las Cruces. With just a bit of attention to the lock, this place would be absolutely perfect!

Cindy was very responsive and accommodating for my family when we had travel changes. The home was clean and spacious enough for three adults comfortably. The home looks just as pictured. There were plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. I would recommend this home.

The home was so comfortable for our family , including our toddler. The house was well stocked, and communication was easy. Bonus it was a 3 minute walk from a cute playground. We had a wonderful visit to Las Cruces, and Bryce’s home made that possible!

This was our second visit. I think the fact that we came back for a second stay indicates that we were very happy with the property and would highly recommend it. We like the Tucson area, there’s a nice mix of natural features, historic sites, and great restaurants. This year we planned our stay to coincide with the Gem Show and the Rodeo. Both were worth the time to visit.

Second time staying here. It was just as clean and comfy as the first time. Will definitely stay here again.

Perfect location and super clean home…felt so cozy and welcoming!

Kristyn’s townhouse is absolutely wonderful. The location is great for one thing. Next to the 130 miles Rotillo River/Tucson bike loop and the Rio Vista Natural Resources park. Great walking and biking. Peaceful environment. The townhouse itself is so beautiful. The king bed mattress especially is so comfortable. We stayed two weeks and could have happily stayed two more! There’s a hot tub and unheated pool on the premises too.

From the moment we stepped inside Rebecca's house, we could tell the amount of thought that was put into making the space comfortable! Rebecca had everything labeled, supplies to use, and helpful instructions! The furniture, both inside and out, was comfortable and the decorations were lovely! Rebecca was an excellent communicator and made the entire experience easy and pleasant!

Beautiful area. This place was quiet and convenient to get to. It was spotless and thoughtfully decorated. Everything was included. There was coffee available, water and numerous brochures of various activities in the area. I cannot think of one improvement needed. A delightful stay. I wish we had brought our dog as there is also a fenced in backyard complete with furniture.

An excellent place to stay, it feels like home:) I would definitely return
