Monthly Rentals in La Garenne-Colombes

Nathalia's home is just perfect for your stay if you're looking to visit Paris. I and my wife stayed at the place for 3 days and didn't feel like we were away from home for a single moment. Nathalia has kept everything which is required to have a comfortable stay and for you to not miss your home. Added advantage is that there are two supermarkets, a pharmacy and train station just at the foot of the building. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for an affordable stay during their visit to Paris.

We had a fantastic time on our vacation and this apartment played a big part in that. Absolutely wonderful town! Several bakeries, about five restaurants, a grocery store, pharmacies and even a laundromat within a few minutes walking distance. There is an open air market that open on Wednesday and Saturday each week. My Fiancée was in heaven. Many friendly people in town that spoke to us as well. Even one of our Uber drivers commented that this was a nice area of Paris. Very detailed instructions on getting into the apartment. Gated grounds and fob needed to access the building. Plenty of space for us to be comfortable for a week long stay. Washing machine in the apartment was very nice. Laurent communicated regularly and even offered suggestions for things to do in the town. Would absolutely stay here again.

Olivier is the best host we have ever had! We stayed in his place for 4 days as a family with a little baby. He quickly arranged a great baby crib and a very comfortable mattress for the baby. He even lended the crib to us for our next stay for one more week. He is very kind and responsive. The place is extremely clean and we found everything we needed there. Olivier prepared a guide with all the instructions which helped us a lot, check-in and check-out instructions, where to visit, where to eat (great restaurants around), transportation instructions, etc. Olivier’s place is going to be definitely our first choice for our next visit to Paris!

Great place overall, maybe the only downside, like some have mentionned is the humidity, but that also depends on the weather. It feels cozy and it's very close to the station. The host is really nice, I enjoyed my stay there. Would go back.
