We had a wonderful stay at this house in Las Condes! The location is fantastic—set in a nice neighborhood and just a few blocks from the metro. We also found a grocery store and pharmacy nearby. The house itself is spacious and well-equipped, just as described in the listing. Having two full bathrooms plus an outdoor bathroom near the quincho was a huge bonus, especially for a larger group. The outdoor area with the gazebo was my personal favorite part of the house! It was the perfect spot to relax with a book in the mornings and enjoy a BBQ with friends in the evenings. Overall, it’s a cozy and well-maintained property. Berni, the host, was very friendly, communicative and proactive. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Santiago!

Overall, Marie’s place is a gem. Perfect location and close to all amenities one would want / need for a short term stay (10 days) Great restaurants nearby, supermarkets, bakeries and gyms. One of the best features is the close proximity to highways that connect you to all of Santiago’s central arteries. Very safe and well lit area. Home is in one of the safest neighborhoods in Santiago. My wife and I traveled with 2 teenagers and a toddler. Will definitely come back.

Excellent location, spacious home, open spaces, lots of patio. Special for vacationing with kids. Don Juanjo Restaurant (next to the house) has excellent Chilean food. Juan, a very friendly host and attentive to everything, responds very quickly. I recommend it anyway!

The house is very spacious and nice, it has everything to have a pleasant stay. And the patio is great to share among a group of friends, very comfortable everything. The house is very well located, it is in a very quiet sector, where there are several supermarkets nearby, among others. Jorge is a very concerned and flexible host at the same time, I was always attentive if anything was needed. In short, everything goes out very well and the stay was great. I'm sure we'll be back.

Ignacio’s place in Vitacura was absolutely perfect for a family! We had almost 3 year old and almost 1 year old. Ignacio was extremely accommodating to ensure to “baby proof” the house for safety. The pool railing was sturdy and safe. The location is ideal just off the freeway. The rooms were spacious and clean. The kitchen was well stocked and equipped:We were able to cook and host a Thanksgiving meal, including a 7kg turkey! The patio is lovely to sit out. I highly recommend his house!

Our family was looking to rest in a cozy, safe and well located place within Santiago and this house and its host comply 100% since it is equipped to enjoy at all times either with adults or children, very grateful to Jose Manuel and Veronica.

Simone's place very much lived up to the official descriptions - it was fantastic. The house is light and airy and the general living area comfortable with loads of full height windows/doors onto the back garden area. The garden is full of plants and trees, and really lovely to sit in or look out at from the living area and main bedroom. The house is in a very nice part of the city - quiet streets with lots of trees, and plenty of local shops - and the main city centre is only 15mins walk away. Simone was the perfect host - with easy, quick, friendly communication about arriving and leaving. We would strongly recommend this place.

We had a very good morning with my children, Verónica was always attentive and communicated super fluently. The house is beautiful, the natural light, the garden, the spaces, the location is close to shops, so everything is easy. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe, it sleeps very well. My favorite place was the kitchen, which has a nice design, every time I come back to Santiago I will try to stay in that place.

This is a lovely house located in a private estate in the countryside in Chile. Michelle is a super helpful host and you can tell she wants you to have a wonderful time in Chile - she's quick to make helpful suggestions about things you can do locally or in Santiago. The house itself is decorated wonderfully, the beds are comfortable and the kitchen has all the amenities you may need.

Excellent place, quiet, good for short stays. Jaime was very kind at all times attentive to our needs. The entrance to the parking lot is a little narrow, eye if they have large cars. 100% Recommended

Claudio is a kind and cordial person. Noa made it feel like home. In the end, after handing over the room, we had a chance to leave our belongings (bags) in their home without a problem, outside of the check-out time, in order to carry out a last errands, that is appreciated and appreciated.

We rented the house for a whole month as a homebase as part of a family visit. For us, it was the ideal retreat and starting point for family activities and explorations in the Cajón de Maipo. We really enjoyed the pool, the large garden and the wonderful view of the mountains! At night, the starry sky was impressive. We liked to harvest some fruits from the grapes and lemon trees. The standard of the house is simple, we liked it very much, everything technically worked well, the value for money we found very fair. I wish Rosario and family all the best!

After the owner of the other apartment that we had leased canceled the lease at the time, we found this beautiful house that met us super well and surprised by the reception of Hugo cleaning, organizing and excellent location for those who like a beautiful and quiet place for the family, for us the price was a little higher than we had availability but considering that the rental was 4 days before our trip in the high season we were able to adjust to our budget, the icing on the cake was the tub that after a long day of tour recharged my energies a few times it was very easy and safe to go out for the tours and pick up Uber at the house door still lacked time to make the BBQ and test the leisure area and visit the police museum that we discovered on the last day that it is close to the house of Hugo, thank you for the reception I hope to be able to return one day 🙏🏽

Place with an excellent location, safe neighborhood, close to metro, malls, stadium and green areas. The place exceeded our expectations regarding space and amenities available, I recommend it for a several day stay.
