The apartment offers a great value. It was clean and well located which makes it very comfortable to move around the area. There was a little cleaning detail in the bathroom, but nothing significant. The air conditioning worked well in the room, although in the living room it was not felt that much, so the bed there was a little warmer. However, these details do not obscure the overall experience, which was excellent. Definitely a highly recommended place

The place is very cozy, quiet and easy to access. The best part of the place is its surroundings, very close to the tourist attractions. And also close to markets and places to buy food or other things. Also close to the metro station!

Super well and very well-located quality price

We had a wonderful stay at Max's house, who was a super host, always ready to help in any situation, like when we need to change the gas. We were 6 adults and two small children, and the house accommodated us perfectly. The location is excellent, note 10! There is a drinking water cooler just 30 meters away, where it is possible to fill bottles. The house is located at the foot of the Cerro and the cable car station Oasis, and is ideal for families with children. In addition, the Cerro Park and a well-equipped square are just two blocks away, which made our experience even more special. We cooked daily during the stay and the kitchen was quite complete, only one medium-sized pot was missing. I tried to buy one to leave as a gift but I couldn't find it. My only caveat is about the master suite. Although it is very large and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom, it does not have curtains. For me, who have difficulty sleeping with light, it was difficult, since very early the room would be tot

The house is comfortable, well decorated, very well-equipped kitchen. Daniela was super receptive, we left Paola, a local host who gave us all support with great promptness and sympathy. the accommodation reflects exactly what was described and photographed. for sure when returning to Santiago I will stay again, it was an amazing stay!

This was our 1st trip to Chile and we feel so lucky to book this property for so many reasons. We are in love with Chile. Claudia Alejandra and her property are definitely reasons among other. She is a great person, very humble, always ready to help. She is very quick to respond to all our questions with great recommendations everytime which we found very helpful. On the day of our check-in, she greeted us at the gate, served us freshly made lemonade and gave a tour of the house. The property is very beautiful with so many details, characters and has plenty of space to accommodate our group. The front yard has multiple hammocks to enjoy. I am so happy we agreed to let Claudia stay in the basement as she remained a great resource throughout our trip to make it very comfortable, enjoyable. All her shopping recommendations are great i.e. Mozart bakery, Peublito los dominicos just to name few. Her fur babies are adorable. I would book this property again and highly recommend to everyone.

Excellent stay in a very comfortable apartment. It is just as it appears in the photos and even a little larger, ideal for 4 people with everything you need for a complete stay. It has roofed parking inside the building with space for cars or oversized pickup trucks, which was key for us. The location is perfect for those who want to visit shoppings, commercial businesses of all kinds, restaurants, office area or stroll through the neighborhoods of Las Condes and Providencia. The building has 24/7 in charge, which provides a lot of security and peace of mind for everything you may need. Karina is always attentive to messages and any concerns to respond immediately, her instructions were always very clear and even allowed us to enter the apartment a few hours earlier, which was a gesture that we really appreciated. I definitely recommend this apartment and would book it again every time I come back to Santiago.

Excellent Depto location too good near the portal el Llano therefore close to a lot of shops either to eat or to buy what you need, easy access , quiet residential area, cool Depto came quite air, so the high temperatures were not a problem, highly recommended for those who should stay in Stgo for the days they estimate, grateful of Daniela and Aldo for the fluid communication and the Depto is as it appears in its publication
