We had a wonderful stay at this house in Las Condes! The location is fantastic—set in a nice neighborhood and just a few blocks from the metro. We also found a grocery store and pharmacy nearby. The house itself is spacious and well-equipped, just as described in the listing. Having two full bathrooms plus an outdoor bathroom near the quincho was a huge bonus, especially for a larger group. The outdoor area with the gazebo was my personal favorite part of the house! It was the perfect spot to relax with a book in the mornings and enjoy a BBQ with friends in the evenings. Overall, it’s a cozy and well-maintained property. Berni, the host, was very friendly, communicative and proactive. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Santiago!

The stay was really perfect and the neighborhood charming and easy access! House very close to a market is a big market! Close to a mall and extreme security! I highly recommend it and would definitely do business with Claudia again!

The small blue cottage is centrally located. Many tourist destinations, such as the residential building of Pablo Neruda, the funicular to Cerro San Cristobal etc. are within walking distance. A great neighborhood for restaurant and bar visits. The apartment is furnished with a lot of love. Maria is very likeable. We immediately felt at home.

Great apartment so stay at if you need to be close to the airport. Fantastic host, very responsive and apartment close to shops and train station. Would stay here again!

The apartment is tidy, clean and has all the comforts for a stay for two people (bathroom, kitchen with utensils needed for cooking, TV with lots of platforms), apartment close to Hospital-Clínico UC and other places of interest in Santiago. The owner is very kind, warm and always answers every question.
