Loooove this place. Has everything you need and SUPER comfy beds with plenty of pillows. Would recommend getting a golf cart to run around in, although it’s not a far walk to town. The neighborhood feels safe and was mostly quiet.

Teddy’s place was great - beautifully designed, spacious and quiet feeling despite its close proximity to everything in Sayulita. He was incredibly responsive and had great suggestions for us during our stay. Would definitely recommend and will return!

Kevins Home was incredible, it accommodate everyone who was traveling to this trip it also had all the space we needed and more. the area where is located is connivance to explore the local markets stores and even walking around the house felt peaceful and safe.

Great location located at tree canopy level in San Pancho. Great for bird watchers and those looking for a private location. As mentioned by others, it's up a hill and won't be a good fit if you have mobility issues, but the three of us loved the peaceful walk to and from the Airbnb. Highly recommended!

8 of us stayed at Theresa's place for a wedding in town. It was perfect with 4 separate bedrooms each with their own bathroom. The pool was great to lounge during the day and views are incredible from the house and pool. We rented 3 golf carts and it is a must - it's only a 10-15 minute walk to town but its a very bumpy dirt road that would not have been pleasant if you plan to bop around throughout the day. Esteban was the house manager that checked us in and helped us throughout the stay - he was very accommodating and great to work with.

Great place, great communication with the hosts, safe area. Only feedback would be as someone stated a lot of extra services seemed a bit overpriced (like say if you were getting a meal made or getting a ride scheduled was definitely more significantly higher priced in comparison to others) but I think the value of the house and the host's commitment to making your stay great more than made up for it. Plus the extra stuff is optional, so if you don't want to pay extra you don't have to. Overall would recommend again.

We absolutely loved our 4-night stay at Casa Piedras Blancas. Everything about this Airbnb was great: check-in, views, amenities, host, beds, etc. We would definitely stay here again and will be recommending this space to any friends traveling to Sayulita in a big group. We rented golf carts which was a must because this house is in the hills above town. Lovely home base for a holiday. Thank you!

The place was amazing, it was beautiful and just what we were hoping for and as described. Construction going on next door, but that was the only thing that was out of place...and completely out of anyone's control. The ride in was a little rough, but once we got there everything was perfect. We never felt unsafe or unsure of the area. We hired Lupita as our cook for the week. She was wonderful, we ate like Kings and Queens, never wanting for anything and not a dish I wouldn't recommend. Luz and Dorian were also wonderful. They made sure things were clean and the day was organized. Massages were great too. Wildlife seen: Humpback whales, Tejones, Raccoons, Boa Imperator, Black Crabs, Hermit Crabs, Sand Crabs, Birds galore. Bring those binoculars because it was simply amazing to see everything. Bugs were not bad at all, I usually get eaten alive, but no issues at all. We would go back in a heart beat!

Where to begin, this house is incredible! We had the best stay here for a long weekend celebrating a birthday with friends. Alfredo, Olga, and Gris were an outstanding addition to the house itself. We took advantage of their cooking, got help with a boat rental and more. The pool was the perfect size for our group and we loved having breakfast in the open air. Don't hesitate to book!

I can’t recommend enough Villa Amistad. We had the luck of staying here for a family member’s 40th birthday and rented out the entire villa (12 of us in total). This place is amazing! Spacious, beautifully decorated and overall one of the best AirBNBs we’ve experienced. We also took advantage of some of the concierge services and had groceries brought in and had an amazing brunch with some outside guests included. Mark, John, and the entire staff at Villa Amistad are lovely. All of them are extremely helpful and do an awesome job at making the stay a great experience. We’ll be back!

This trip was a dream vacation for me and my family! We will highly recommend staying here to everyone. It was very clean and is in a perfect location, everyone was so nice and extreamly helpful! they will help with recommendations, help set up transportation, and many other things to make your stay more comfortable. They were always quick to answer with anything you had to ask or wanted to know. I highly rate this villa 10/10, 5 star place!

The house is very spacious and has all the amenities to enjoy the stay, the rooms are large, comfortable, the kitchen is fully equipped and the pool is very clean. The beach is only a 15 min walk approximately. Bob and Gerardo were on the lookout the whole time for anything we might need.

Our family had the best experience at Casa Miraflor! It’s truly a special place, close enough to Sayulita’s downtown but far enough to enjoy the tranquility of the nature surrounding the beautiful home with its open space concept. Darrin, the co-host was very responsive and had many helpful tips! They were also very flexible with check-in times. Would definitely love to come back!

A very comfortable house for a group of 6 friends in San Pancho. The house is a 10m walk to the beach and right away from the main street. We didn't have any complications.

We loved the property. The house was gorgeous and the view was stunning. The layout was almost perfect for us and enjoyed the pool. We loved Heidi our housekeeper and she did an excellent job on her days of work. It was very hard with the pool to not have access to the dryer especially with young grandkids. We did need to use the Casita and felt the floors were not very clean. Also, the noise from the water trucks at all hours of the night was a bit disturbing but the main house didn't hear them.

Place is great! very spacious and clean.

Accommodation equal to the photos, the pool has a pump to heat and in the evenings it is warm, it is close to everything and beautiful
