The condo is clean and comfortable. Being on the main floor there is easy access and a large private patio. Jessica added an electric grill during our stay which made cooking much more enjoyable. It also avoids heating up the kitchen. Even though our flight was 1:20 late the check in was easy. Security let us in and we waited only ten minutes for Jessica to check us in. Jessica is truly a Super Host, her response to any of our issues was prompt and completely satisfactory. We would happily stay again.

As a family of four, the condo was perfect. Very comfortable and a very attractive place. The kitchen had all utensils and pans, etc. you could need to prepare full meals. The entire condo is very clean and well organized. We used all the pools and private beach access to have a great time. Although groceries, restaurants, shopping are close by, you will need a car or taxi to get there. It is a wonderful place and we hope to come back here again one day.

The apartment had very good distribution, it was spacious, the balcony a very comfortable place with excellent ocean views, the pool also very well. In terms of location, everything is very close

The place was great and the location just right for what we were going to do. The only thing is that is on the 4th floor and no elevators and would not recommend for elderly people other than that is a great place to stay.

The apartment is very nice and meets expectations, the area is quiet and easily accessible to the center and the main beach by taxi. I highly recommend visiting the place, just keep in mind that in the place there is practically no one to support you with the theme of the pool if you have doubts or can't access due to the issue of administration or maintenance.

The most beautiful thing is Taffy the neighbor's mascot, the water ran out very soon and I had no plancha, from that in that everything was fine and quiet ☺️

We stayed for one week at the appartment and were more than happy 😁 Its even better than in the pictures, everything is very high quality including the furniture and appliances. The few is great, especially from the small private pool on the second floor where there is also a huge screen if you want to watch a movie/game. I would go so far as to it has been the nicest Airbnb ive stayed at. Only downside is walkability, there is a small beach within 10 min walking distance (a bit steep but fine) but there are no shops around. Taxis are cheap though in Huatulco (60mxn).

Ana Paula was such an amazing host! this space was perfect for our group of 12. the kitchen had everything we needed and more. We especially enjoyed the propane bbq. the property was even more amazing than the pictures suggested. highly recommended!

This house is absolutely gorgeous and has remote ocean wilderness and stunning surroundings. It’s a very well equipped and comfortable house right on the beach. San Augustin Bay has amazing snorkeling, cute restaurants, great swimmable beaches. Great proximity to Huatulco National Park and the bays. Also close to gorgeous waterfalls. The dirt road to get to the house isn’t that bad. Very easy to drive in any car.

This to me is an ideal location, market, bank and beach all within 10 min walking distance. nice view of Santa Cruz marina and beach. it was 2nd time renting this property.

Everything according to the conversation, we did not have any inconvenience in the use of the property, and I think that most of the opportunities discussed are already corrected, the refrigerator is perfect, sheets, towels and other functional utensils and without inconvenience, the house has a good location, easily accessible and with a spectacular view, a little paint would be good for you, the rest is perfect to rest and have a nice time in Huatulco, communication and excellent treatment. If you are looking for an unforgettable experience in Huatulco, this Airbnb is a hidden gem. From the moment we arrived, the stay was simply amazing. The facilities are beautiful and comfortable, with an unsurpassed cost-benefit ratio. Also, I can't help recommending that they request Keren as their cook. Their dishes are a real delight, making every meal a feast for the palate. Definitely an experience you'll want to repeat!

the truth was one of the best decisions for our first trip to Huatulco, everything was clean and tidy, we did not lack anything and all very friendly.

Excellent apartment very private, very exclusive, peaceful, with access to the beach, a great pool, gym availability. We'll definitely be back.

You won't be disappointed! Spacious, nicely furnished and equipped condo in gated community. Fabulous views from living area and both bedrooms. Large comfortable balcony with spectacular views. With so many wonderful restaurants nearby, we did not cook but the kitchen had everything you would need. Community has a beach and multiple pools which are accessed via beautifully landscaped walkways. Huatulco is very spread out but you do not need a car. Taxis are plentiful and inexpensive. We called the security gate for taxis and they always came within minutes. The highlight of our trip was a private tour of the bays. We saw so many whales, dolphins and turtles. This captain (Santiago) will take you to as many beaches as you want - and let you stay for as long as you want. We learned about him through You tubers called something like Gringos are us. We had a wonderful stay at Constance's condo in Huatulco!

My family really enjoy a few days of vacation in Lisa's condo, we loved the location and the view, we will definitely be back

My three girlfriends and I spent two fabulous weeks at the Punta Arrocito condo. The condo was a fairly quick ride from the airport. The gate security person was expecting us as well as the condo manager. Check in was quick and easy. The condo was very clean, comfortable and secure. What a spectacular view of the ocean from the balcony! We were delighted by frequent sightings of whales and dolphins. The sunrise over the ocean was also beautiful to watch. Alma as well as the condo employees were very responsive and dealt with our questions immediately. We would gladly book with Alma and this condo again.
