Todo estuvo perfecto, el departamento está hermoso, cómodo, limpio, muy tranquilo, Adriana súper amable, atenta y siempre estuvo pendiente que estuviéramos bien... ¡¡muy recomendable !!

Carmen is a great host, and communicating with her was super easy. The apartment has an awesome location, it was clean and it had everything needed for a comfortable stay.

Clean, quiet, charming apartment in a fabulous location! We stayed for a week in Livia's apartment, as tourists. We were within walking distance of the tourist sites in the historic district, which made it very convenient. It was located in a small hotel with a front desk, so check in and out was simple. The windows didn't overlook the street, but rather small central courtyards which meant it was very quiet. Everything was modern and well maintained. I would stay here again.

Todo excelente en nuestra estancia, buena comunicación con Alfonso y la mejor disponibilidad para ayudar. Lo único es que para llegar al depal hay que subir muchas escaleras, para considerar si tienen inconveniente para subirlas. De ahí en más la locación, ubicación son excelentes !!

El lugar es super fácil de ubicar, no requieramos instricciones exactas, además la zona es muy tranquila y segura. Pudimos comer cerca del lugar ya que hay restaurantes y tienda de conveniencia, además dd probar el metro que quedaba relativamente cerca. El lugar con buena seguridad, muy cómodo y limpio, lo unico que recomiendo es dejar cobijas extras y tener dos llaves de acceso, de ahí en fuera todo estuvo excelente. 😀

Paty's place is a comfortable and charming apartment in the heart of Condesa. The location is ideal - a 12 minute walk to Chapultepec Park, short walks to plenty of restaurants, cafes, and ice cream parlors - and conveniently situated on a broad avenue that was surprisingly quiet. The living space was pleasant and spacious with a small balcony to enjoy coffee or have some fresh air. Paty was very responsive and provided helpful recommendations and instructions. We would stay here again on a future trip!

Desde el momento de que se buscó la reservación del lugar la respuesta fue rápida y fluida, el encargo de dar las llaves también fue sumamente amable, el lugar es hermoso, las vistas son muy bonitas y el lugar está súper limpio, lo volvería alquilar sin pensarlo 2 veces, tiene tiendas cerca y el metro está a menos de 5 min, está en excelente ubicación

A great place to stay, walking distance to different food options. The place was clean and spacious, and they answered all my questions. Parking is tight but very convenient and accessible. The WiFi connection was not great but i loved everything else. I will come back if im in the area.

Why book a rooftop restaurant when you can enjoy the incredible views of this apartment all day and night? We booked for my sister's 40th, and this place was beyond perfect. The balcony, view of the park/castle, and sunsets were extraordinary. Although the place is on a busy street, if you just turn right out of the building as a pedestrian, there is a whole neighborhood of peace, plants, good food, and art/street vendor culture. The three beds were comfortable, with the two full bathrooms and washer/dryer - what more could you ask for? Thank you so much for hosting us!

Hermoso apartamento con una excelente locación y el host y el personal del edificio fueron de gran ayuda con todo.

Excelente ubicación, a pasos de Reforma. Fuimos por un trámite en la embajada y aprovechamos para hacer turismo. El departamento es cómodo, limpio (¡impecable!), bien decorado, con un equilibrio entre lo moderno y lo artístico que lo hace sentir como hogar. Tiene todo: solo desempacas, llenas el refri y listo. Todo funcionó perfecto: agua, WiFi, cocina, iluminación. Héctor fue un gran anfitrión, atento y flexible con el early check-in. El personal del lobby muy amable, nos ayudaron con pedidos y accesos. La zona es segura y bien conectada. Único detalle: el edificio tiene paredes delgadas y se escucha ruido de mascotas y vecinos, algo fuera del control del anfitrión. Aun así, nos fuimos con una gran experiencia y sin duda volveríamos. Recomendado si buscas ubicación, comodidad y excelente atención. Gracias, Héctor, por tu hospitalidad. Se nota cuando todo está hecho con cuidado. Totalmente recomendado.

Great view of Chapultepec park and the city to the west. We spent lots of evening time on the roof admiring the city lights. KiKi’s apartment is comfortable, clean, and modern with a friendly and welcoming building staff. Our favorite walk was down Avenida Mazatlán toward the heart of the Condesa neighborhood with its many delicious restaurants, surprisingly quiet streets, and corner street food stands.

Lugar con muy buena ubicación y los hosts son muy atentos y educados, recomendado el lugar si quieres pasar unos días en Ciudad de México

I originally booked a different spot but so glad I moved to Mario’s place!!! It really made my trip. The location is incredible, especially for a 1st time visit. Condesa is beautiful, bustling but not noisy, very walkable and very dog friendly. It was also quiet at night, I slept like a baby in the king size bed. The apartment is large, modern and very comfortable. I had some trouble with the hot water but Mario responded quickly and sent Vale over to fix it, he’s very friendly and helpful.

Todo bien.. atentos y el lugar muy seguro tranquilo. Solo los vecinos de arriba se escuchaba sus pisadas si te toca abajo es lo que vas a sufrir el vecino de arriba hehe, de lo demas todo bien

Excelente ubicación si vas a un concierto al Pepsi center. El lugar está muy limpio y organizado.

Es una excelente opción para llegar a CDMX, sobre todo por su cercanía al aeropuerto. El alojamiento estaba impecable, con las amenidades necesarias que te hacen sentir como en casa. Lo recomiendo al 100% por precio, ubicación y accesibilidad. Además, Claudia siempre amable y con instrucciones claras. Volveré a hospedarme con ella!

Cosas más positivas: - Cerca de barrios con cosas para hacer, cómo Roma Norte o el Centro Histórico. - Buena vista. - Cama cómoda. - Limpio y agradable el apto en rasgos grales. - Flexible para hacer el checkin antes, o cambiar el día de checkout para unos días posteriores. Cosas no tan positivas: - Si bien el anfitrión solucionó algunas cosas, como hacer el checkin más temprano, lo hizo con condiciones muy poco flexibles, haciendo que uno cambie algunos planes para acudir en una hora demasiado estricta. Tal vez había otras soluciones, como dejar la maleta con alguien de seguridad del edificio. - Demasiada luz permea la cortina del cuarto. Te despierta demasiado temprano. - El anfitrión demoraba algo en responder, y prometió conseguir una plancha que luego no trajo. - Cómo dicen otros comentarios, las sillas del comedor están algo rotas. En rasgos grales: no es mala la relación precio calidad. Se puede caminar de noche pero es una zona muy desolada y con pocos lugares donde comer.

La comunicación con Martina es excelente y el lugar es tranquilo y tal cual se describe, lo rente por la cercanía aun evento al que asistí, el acceso al transporte publico es rápido.

A piece of serenity amid a busy city, you will feel right at home. Mauricio was kind and helpful. His cozy place helped me sleep well and had all the amenities for a long/short stay. The position of the desk was perfect for bird watch too.
