Aurora is a charm, always communicative, and offering facilities. We were missing the nespresso machine because we were carrying capsules, and the next day at first we had it available. The house is cozy , clean and great to spend a few days with friends and family. A pleasure to have people who open the doors of their home with so much affection and hospitality, without a doubt it is from those corners that surrounds, everything is well decorated, its very nice patio Iara make BBQ or Paella, and the cave where they have the wine jars to go back to another time, a luxury!!!

We were a group of friends with kids and we were even better off than at home. Everything to go with children, the house is very equipped, clean and cared for. Ah! And the magdalenas riquisimas Beatriz!! Highly recommended

It was a great experience. The house has the charm of being wooden. It has enough space to park several cars inside the plot. It is well located to visit different points in the province of Cuenca. It is very clean and very well prepared for the stay to be pleasant. Asunción is very attentive to everything and the treatment has been great. Highly recommended this place.

We rented to the house for work, a shame that I could not take advantage of more quiet time, but the time I could be on site, I was great, it is a comfortable house, it has everything, super clean and warm in winter! I will definitely repeat if I need to be in the area.

We opted for that apartment to spend a night on our way from Vigo to Barcelona. We were able to walk a little in Madrid first and then we went to sleep in the apartment about 30min from the center. The location is perfect since the other day we were already 10min from taking the A2 towards Barcelona. The apartment meets expectations. Clean and tidy. We felt very comfortable. The village is chico, but there are several supermarkets where we could buy things for dinner and breakfast. Highly recommended

Good homestay, safe, convenient, especially parking is a plus.The host prepared some small gifts for them: a subway card (saving the purchase card), a bottle of red wine, chocolate, and much more.The house has a total of 4 keys, respectively are the parking lot gate (vehicle in and out), the small door of the apartment to the parking lot, the main door of the apartment building, the room door.The host was lovely and let me check in early and repeatedly told me to get out when I left must have taken the car out first and then put the key back in the room, probably fearing I couldn't understand:).The surrounding gas stations, restaurants, pharmacies, supermarkets are very complete, very close to the subway, stayed for two nights, worth recommending!

The house is simple but perfectly meets the needs of a swimming pool and barbecue weekend. Communication with Ricardo has been smooth, he has given us clear instructions and helpful tips. The place is very quiet, close to Hita (whose visit is worthwhile, you can get there by walking not very long). Ideal place to disconnect from the city and prepare some good embers.

We were very comfortable in the apartment. You get everything as advertised in the photographs. We took the opportunity to visit Madrid, and to be able to enjoy the tranquility in this apartment. With outdoor skate that for the summer should be a pass. We didn't get cold at all, very comfortable beds. Anfitrio very attentive to everything.

Absolutely loved this place! Super cute and comfortable and the outdoor terrace was such a great bonus, I loved waking up and having my morning tea and meditation out there to start the day. Within a 4 min walk to the local metro or bus stop that takes you anywhere you need to go and a lot of great places to eat right in the area too! Will definitely return when visiting Madrid again.

We have rented the accommodation between 15 friends and the experience could not have been better: pool, bbq, garden, huge living room away from the house to be able to dance, do board games, etc. while the rest could rest without problem. And Teba, the host, super available and willing to help us with everything. Perfect for a summer weekend and close to Madrid. We'll be back for sure.

Very clean accommodation, responsive host and left us thoughtful touches. It's also easy to park on the street. The neighborhood itself does not have much tourist interest but the accommodation has the luxury of being 3 minutes from the Metro and we arrive in madrid center very easily. On the other hand, the accommodation is more suitable for a group of 4 than 5 because the 5th place is just a mattress and depending on the age it can be very limited.

We had an excellent stay at this property, which was by far the best of the three places we stayed in Madrid, despite being a bit farther from the city center. The apartment is beautifully modern with elegant interiors, particularly the bathroom and the spacious walk-in closet. Everything was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. Our host was incredibly accommodating and even allowed us to check out late since our flight was in the late afternoon, which was a huge help. For the price, this place offers fantastic value—highly recommended for anyone visiting Madrid!
