The apartment was very nice. It had a bus stop very close, which made it much easier to get to the center in a short time. In addition, Olga responded very quickly to any questions we had and was very flexible with the arrival and departure times, which made things much easier for us.

Apartment is very nice , quite and clean. The position is absolutely perfect , many restaurants , shops, museums everything is very close .

We loved the apartment, everything great and including its plaza de parquin, and the area is quite good, with supermecados, and also the entrance to the parking lot with elevator you can't ask you anymore I'm delighted with the apartment, the only thing is that it would have to be a little more economical.

Delighted with the treatment received by Vicente and his wife, they are charming. The house as described and very clean and tidy , we would certainly repeat again, highly recommended.

Accommodation as described in the photos. Perfect for a couple or for a single person. Quiet area, well lit floor and very nice.

Luz's place, while small, is perfect for a tourist stay. The location is its main attribute, it's excellent. The heating is at an ideal point. Communication is also something I appreciate that from the time of booking it was easy and practical. Luz and Altair were very attentive, it took a little longer than the warned time to arrive due to a setback and still they were waiting for me with a good attitude. My only criticism would perhaps be regarding the cleanliness of kitchen utensils, at least the things we used just to see them didn't look very well washed.

Totally recommended, very close to Barajas airport, the area is quiet, the apartment is quite clean and complete, and communication with the host was always good, it fully complied with what it offered.

It was my first Airbnb experience and the truth that surprised us for good. I traveled with my wife and daughter and the truth is that we loved the service received and the proximity it showed. I recommend it 100% not only for the host and the accommodation itself, but also a quiet area and close to the metro to go to the center (about 10 minutes walking). It is ideal for families with children since there are parks nearby and in the building itself. We'll definitely repeat if it's available the next time we go.

We were treated with patience and communication was consistent. Much better than our first stay while in Spain. Thank you!

Everything as described

Madrid is one of our favorite cities and this is the perfect location if you want to be a walk away from almost anything. It was also perfect for a small friend group with 3 bedrooms and bathrooms, and well equipment kitchen and a comfy living room to relax and reset for the next day. Highly recommend. We’ll be back!

Excellent! The apartment is very bright and the rooms are spacious. The rooms are very comfortable and large and has 3 full bathrooms something that is not so easy to find. It is equipped with absolutely everything you might need. We received it immaculate from cleanliness to bed and bath clothes. The complex where it is located is modern and is 50m from a small shopping center with a supermarket, pharmacies, cafes and restaurants. In addition, the location is highly recommended to rest and be close to Madrid, a few meters away is a bus stop that takes you to Moncloa (from where you can take different metro lines) in less than 20 minutes. Super recommended!

Fernando's apartment is very spacious and comfortable. Much better than what you see in the photos. The area is very well connected, but at the same time it is very quiet.

Extraordinary accommodation. Everything super lompio and tidy. Ideal for family with young children. Small but super used cinnzonande children's games, barbecue, private pool. ideal for a good vacation.

Very cool place to stay. Quiet neighborhood, with markets and restaurants nearby. If you’re like me, you’ll read all the reviews. There is plenty of warmth in the house, we were never cold. If a large group is coming, you do need to monitor the use of hot water, recommend using cold water for everything else and conserving hot water for showers. We were a group of 8, had plenty of space to sleep and areas to spend quality time. The game room/gym was our favorite place! Next time I’m in Madrid, I’d gladly stay here again.

For the first time, experience the local neighborhood, although it is the first time to visit Madrid, but to live in a local area is also a different experience, it can clearly feel that the area is relatively clean, safe, relative to the middle class area, and the dirt difference in certain areas of the city really contrast, the design of the industrial wind is really bright, and a lot of materials are used for waste, you can see the host's insistence on the concept of sustainable environmental protection

Good place and really nice, easy going guys. Had no problems with communication and was always there if I needed any help. Good location, very close to lots of cafe's, bars, restaurants, gyms, supermarkets, and transportation. Everything you need is pretty much within walking distance, not to mention, only takes about 10-15 minutes to get into the city center, depending on where you're going. Thank you Eleazar!

We arrived a little before check-in time and the host gave us all the facilities for us to settle in. The house is perfect for a large group to have everything we need. It was very important for us that each family unit had a full bathroom. We were all able to park in the garage of the house, something to be thankful because although there is parking in the surroundings, it was much more comfortable to unload luggage and so on. The house is very spacious and that allowed us to share the space both outside and inside with all the comfort. It was a very pleasant stay for the group.
