Monthly Rentals in Kyonan, Awa District

This was our second stay during the same trip. We decided to come back because we knew it was the perfect place to end our trip. After visiting several cities, we wanted to relax and unwind in a rural area. This time, we walked around the nearest beach and enjoyed local cuisine at the fishermen’s restaurant recommended by our host. The view of Tokyo Bay and Mount Fuji didn't disappoint us, especially at sunset. We also enjoyed a campfire while watching the sunset. I really appreciate Kuni's flexibility with check-in and check-out times, which suited our flight schedules. So thankful. It was really helpful to communicate our needs in English. Next time we travel to Japan, we plan to stay for several days and try hiking on Mount Nokogiri behind the house. We heard it’s famous. This place also has great access to both Haneda and Narita airports, especially by (rental) car, so we’ll definitely recommend it to our friends and family who are traveling to Japan in the future.

It was a beautiful place with a lot of space. It was a really relaxing stay for my last week in Japan was able to cook and use the kitchen amenities the host provided overall it was a 10/10 experience. Heads up it is on a really steep uphill for those that are going to be walking to the house like I did but beyond that really enjoyable

We had an amazing stay at Seiji-san's place. The home is fantastic, with a stunning view that’s perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning, surrounded by tranquility and free from the noise and hustle of the city. Seiji-san was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. One of the highlights was the tonkatsu he recommended, it was honestly the best we’ve ever had! We also had the pleasure of meeting Seiji-san and his adorable dog, which made the experience even more special. The house itself had everything we could need, and it was spotless. The automated bathtub was a first for us, and we loved it! Thank you, Seiji-san, for such a wonderful and memorable experience. We’ll definitely be back!

Reasonable for the rate per night. Highly satisfied with the location and amenities, We always book this house whenever we are in Yokosuka City. But the best part is Petty. She is truly a super host. Very responsive and accommodating with our needs and requests.
