Adam and his team is super professional , they helped us with all the questions and made our stay in Istanbul better. When were choosing our stay we are searching for a new-build property as we are afraid of earthquakes. The building is quite new and the pool and gym was great. The flat isself has all the amenties. We were 4 and we didn’t get any problem. The wifi was fast enough as I made my video calls. The only thing that guest should be aware of that flat is located at lower ground floor, so it is basically facing a wall, this makes sunlight to a very low level. For us it was not a problem at all as we were out day time. Also this also makes the flat quite silent , which is a good thing. Thanks again

The host was very friendly and we felt very much at home. Super location and convenient, especially the restaurant downstairs and the little shop. Shamsy responded to our messages very quickly and asked if all is well. He also accommodated us with the check-out, which was very nice. Recommended and we would come here again. Thank you.

I spent more than one month in Gokhan house. This is the best house in Istanbul I’ve ever been and I will book it again and again if I come to Istanbul. The house is well equipped with everything you may need for a long stay. There is many shops, coffees, grocery stores around. Osmanbey metro station is about 5 min walking. Gokhan was very reactif and helpful at any time and for any request he was always supporting as a big brother. All in all I can only say that it was a 5 stars stay with the best price. Thank you Gokhan for hosting us and will recommend your house to our friends and family’s 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
