Monthly Rentals in Kundasang

The host Mr Yong was very nice, helpful and responsive with our questions. The unit is sparkling clean and towels are provided as well. Location is very good, Mountain Kinabalu was seen clearly. Free car park is given too. Highly recommended to all people. Very smooth self check in and check out, clear instruction that easy to follow. Very comfortable house to stay at here. Looking forward to another stay next time.

We had a lovely stay at Margaret's place.. It felt like home as soon as we arrived and Margaret was very warm and welcoming and even helped us get into town late at night to get food. The layout is an open kitchen dining style on the ground floor - open to the cool breeze. Fairly basic but everything worked. Nice big table for our group to enjoy. Upstairs a cozy living room and comfy bedrooms awaited with nice views of the local hills and Mount K towards the rear. We found it a little hard to find the place - signage could be improved but once we were in we had a lovely time. Highly recommend for families (not kids under 6 due to stairs/balcony) large groups who want to spend some quality time together but also have their own space. Please note washing machine is manual (we didn't try it out) and Margaret stays in the property (in a private section) on hand to help if needed which was great for local tips and felt more like a homestay which we enjoyed

Nice stay in Kundasang . You can even see the sun rise from the balcony . The host and care taker are so helpful and responsive. Really a nice and relax place. Will come back again !
