Monthly Rentals in Kumberg

This is my second time this year to come to Marica's house. I have always be warmly welcomed by Marica and her family. Thank you very much! It's located in the countryside with beautiful view. I get fully relaxed. I will definitely come to Marica's studio again if I come to Graz.

It was a very wonderful time. The weather didn't quite play along in our case, but Barbara was able to recommend something. On advice, we spent a day in the Zotter chocolate factory, it was wonderful. The complex there is also fantastic, also very quiet. The nice neighbors even gave us freshly squeezed apple juice. Overall, I can only warmly recommend it. Thank you Barbara for this wonderful time.

The apartment looked exactly like the photos and was very nice and clean. In addition, Dietmar is a great host, he picked me up from the main train station on the day of check-in and gave a detailed briefing for the apartment. I felt very comfortable in the apartment.

Very quiet location in a neat neighborhood. A special plus is the close proximity to the forest, which allows for beautiful walks. The possibility of a parking space is also an advantage. I would absolutely recommend also for a longer stay and for guests who care about a quiet and tidy location.
