The loft was a fantastic place to stay for a couple of days whilst we toured the area. Everything was as advertised and we had a great couple of nights sleep in a tranquil location. Met Mike who is a top bloke and a great host. Thanks for the stay!

There's a reason this place has 600 reviews for a 4.99 rating, it is such an amazing spot out in the country to relax, yet only a short drive to adventures & needs in the Hokitika area. This private & peaceful home is just the definition of cozy. Deborah has thought of anything & everything you might need for a great stay. We only booked two nights, but would have been happy to stay much longer.

What a great spot! I loved my stay in The Old School House. So much character and it was interesting read about the history of the place. The kitchen is well equipped and has e everything you would need for a short or long break. Would happily stay again

Loved the place for our family of 6. Short walk to the beach and sensational sunset last night. House is basic, as expected, but has everything you need. Beds were super comfy. Great spot and highly recommend to others.
