Monthly Rentals in Kühnsdorf

Very nice, cozy and modern, high-quality apartment with a great garden. The location is great, the lake can be reached in a few minutes and many beach resorts are in the area. On the terrace, you can end the evening relaxed and snuggle up in the lounge armchairs. The apartment is otherwise very well equipped, there is everything from toaster to washing powder. The contact with the host Birgit was very good, very nice and relaxed, she is always available and everything worked out well. Again and again at all times. Can only recommend it.

Our stay was very nice! The place was as described in the advertisement. Even though we didn't see each other in person, the communication was really great. The location of the place was really great. It was quiet and Lake Klopein was 5 minutes away. If we are in the area again we would definitely book the accommodation.

Listing is spotless and fully matches photos. Access is extremely easy by bus (stop 2' walk and apartment 15' from the center of Klagenfurt). A very good bakery and a Billa supermarket 4' walk away. The proximity to the airport is absolutely not understood (accommodation on the side of the slopes and not on the axis). Frankly hard to find what to improve! And thank you to Melanie for hosting us and for her kindness. For a future stay in Klagenfurt I will return to Melanie's without looking for anything else.

Everything was perfect! Apartment was pleasantly quiet, warm and very clean. Robert is also a great, very attentive host. I would be very happy to come back!
