Monthly Rentals in Kuçovë District

We stayed for a month at Renato’s place and we found here everything we needed. The apartment was very clean and had all the essential you could need. We really enjoyed the balcony with an amazing view especially during sunsets. However, there are some things to mention. The bed is a bit squeaky so if you are moving a lot during sleep it could wake you up. Also, in neighbourhood there is a dog that barked very aggressively every night so that we needed to use earplugs. It seemed that nobody else was concerned by the dog behaviour. The location was perfect for us since we could have nice 10 minute walk to the city centre. In vicinity there are shops like Elsea and Big market and local bakery Dimali, which was superb.

The host welcomed us warmly with local foods. The house was very clean and tidy, just like a mother's house. Everything we needed was there. My mom and I were happy to stay here because the neighbors were very friendly, and I felt at home. Thank you again!

Erika's apartment was fantastic. The rooms were large, well decorated and well equipped. There was a huge roof terrace giving a wonderful view of the surrounding hills. Anyone visiting during the warmer months would really appreciate the roof terrace. The apartment is on the 8th floor but the lift made it easy to access. There were lots of local shops and small supermarkets and Berat centre was about 15-20 mins away on foot and 5-10 minutes by bus. The bus from Tirana stopped about a couple of km away and a city bus from there dropped us off outside the apartment for just 30 lek. I would recommend Erika's Apartment to anyone visiting Berat.
