Monthly Rentals in Kuçovë District

We stayed for a month at Renato’s place and we found here everything we needed. The apartment was very clean and had all the essential you could need. We really enjoyed the balcony with an amazing view especially during sunsets. However, there are some things to mention. The bed is a bit squeaky so if you are moving a lot during sleep it could wake you up. Also, in neighbourhood there is a dog that barked very aggressively every night so that we needed to use earplugs. It seemed that nobody else was concerned by the dog behaviour. The location was perfect for us since we could have nice 10 minute walk to the city centre. In vicinity there are shops like Elsea and Big market and local bakery Dimali, which was superb.

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The place was absolutely beautiful, spotlessly clean, and even better than the photos. The attention to detail was impressive, and it was clear that the host takes great pride in maintaining a welcoming and comfortable space. The location was convenient, and the amenities provided everything I needed for a relaxing stay. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a high-quality Airbnb.

Best AirBnB experience I've ever had. So warm and accommodating I was only welcomed with relatives and very good friends. Eglantina even needed me traditional Albanian food and her husband took me to the bus station. Thanks again for this great experience

I explored Albania with my 22 year old daughter. We only stayed 1 night in Berat, which was our favourite city in Albania during our 6 day tour of the country. This accommodation is incredible. It is the first time in my life (I am 50 years old, visited 102 counties) that I have stayed in a genuine penthouse apartment. Ample parking nearby (we had a rental car). Host was immediately responsive. The accommodation was very spacious, all amenities exactly as described. Fast lift to the 8th floor. The outside balcony is like something out of a Hollywood film. You can see the flat from Berat castle! The whole flat was super clean. Solid wifi. TV is geared to you having your own netflix/disney/amazon prime account which I did. Efficient heating, great bathroom and shower. Lots of dishes and pans for home cooking. Easy to use washing machine. Comfortable beds. The area is a farther walk away from the centre of Berat, a 20 minute walk but for the price it is totally worth it. What a bargain!
