Great, small apartment, very well equipped: washing machine, shower, stove, fridge, dishes, kettle, big, super comfy bed, windmill for hot days. Great location: bus stop 3 min. walk, tram stop about 10 min. walk, supermarket, bakery, pastry shop, cafe, services - all at your fingertips. An elevator in the block.

Stayed whole Nov 2024. The flat is very comfortable, spacious and warm during winter. Real estate is new. The flat has all comforts and appliances you need. The neighbourhood has few shops and metro/bus nearby get you everywhere you need. Great communication with the host, they were attentive and cared about my comfort. I’ll definitely reconsider to be back for my next stay in WAW!

Great location and 1 min walk from Metro and bus stops. Lots of restaurants in the area with stores and parks nearby. The place is as described and fits the picture perfectly. Small issue with checkin as the address on file and inputted into maps/Uber/Bolt is incorrect and is missing the building number. Unfortunately, I was dropped off a few blocks away from my destination with all my bags compounded by a rainstorm which made my check in less than desirable. Wojciech is quick to respond to any questions and concerns and was very easy to deal with. All in all, 5 stars! Thank you Wojciech

It's one of the best Airbnb that I've been, unique style, we'll equipped and located. The host is really nice guy, I wish him all the luck. Recommended.
