We had an amazing stay🤩 Christine is a fantastic host and we felt right at home. The view is beautiful and we were able to see elephants and hippos next to the crocodile river🦛 We had a peaceful stay and were able to enjoy a walk everyday. The chalet is perfect for couples, the kitchen has all the cooking utensils you would need. The bedroom is spacious and our patio overlooked the swimming pool. What an awesome view. You can relax in the pool with a drink and spot animals through the Kruger fence. Christine was on the ball from the time we booked to the time we checked out. Will definitely be back!!

Getting to the place was easy. Upon arrival we were met by a lovely lady by the name of Veronica. She did the house tour and the place is really lovely and beautiful. Prior to my booking I asked Jordan if there is fishing seeing the pictures on their place she said yes there is. Even on arrival Veronica saw our fishing equipment and nothing was said about the rules of fishing. We took our fishing equipment to the river and caught about 5 fishes. While there the Owner by the name of Eric came to me and told me that the rules of fishing are that it’s a “catch and release policy” we were not supposed to fish out to keep for ourselves.Nothing was said prior about the policy even on their rules in the house. I contacted Jordan and she said to the fishing was only a favour to us so we should abide by the rules. Usually most establishments make rules known to their guests before they book. They said fire wood available and no fee was mentioned. We paid for the firewood. This put us off.

Awesome place, saw loads of animals, kids loved it. Super helpful if there was ever an issue.

We were a group of people, family and friends. The house was cozy and well maintained, amnesties was nice clean and beds was comfortable. We had an amazing time, especially enjoying the breathtaking views from the terrace and balcony where we had a view of Krüger and sneak peak of the wildlife in and around the river. Giraffes, elephants etc. We will definitely be back when we have to visit Krüger again and greet all the happy spirited and friendly staff.

If you're looking for a peaceful getaway in the bush then this is the place! From swimming throughout the day to keep cool, to sitting around the fire upstairs at night listening to the sounds of the Bush, it was magical! Walking during the day along the Crocodile river to spot animals on its banks was great! The location also made access into Kruger Park pretty easy via 2 gates. Our hosts were on hand to ensure we checked in ok, gave lovely recommendations and made sure our stay was a 5 star experience! Loved the place, would return in a heartbeat! I would not hesitate to recommend this place to other people!

Family of four had a great time. Home is large and very well laid out. Outdoor space is very nice. Tash was a great host. Went on full day game drive and had a wonderful time. Bushbucks, family of warthogs, bush baby, kudu, and others visited the house. Saw a hippo, elephants, and giraffes from the viewing deck. Would happily visit again!

This was just what the dr ordered. Beautiful little cottage with the most beautiful surroundings. Dee is a most gracious host. very friendly and helpful. The cottage has everything that one needs - fully equiped kitchen, comfortable chairs and a little oven that makes the living room nice and toasty. This is highly recommended if you want to sit back and relax!
