It was really nice staying at the listing. Zahan was helpful in explaining the process and was responsive all the time. It was a great value for money and if you are planning to visit Malacca with a big family then it’s a very good option for you.

House is cozy , comfy and crystal clean. It was value for the money that i paid. Just a bit of constructive suggestion. More plastic dustbin & dustbin in toilet availabe is much more appreciated. The aircond is not cold. Even when i dialed down to 16 degree. Other than i will book this unit again nxt time inshaAllah

A great place for our 3d2n stay for a family of 11. What was great about the place: - Peaceful & safe neighbourhood, away from the city. - Amenities was exactly as listed, they had a soccer table, pool table, swimming pool, BBQ equipment & a bunch of board games. - Cleanliness was great. - Nazri was very welcoming & even let us extend our check-out time which was very much appreciated. What wasn't that great: - There were a few stains on the extra mattresses provided & the L-shape sofa, but they provided a lot of comforters & covers so we used that to cover up the stains - Water pressure wasn't that great in the bathroom downstairs & the shared bathroom. - Pool table was a bit warped in the middle & one of the pool cues was broken. We also didn't get to try the air hockey since it's broken. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay & it felt homy to the point where we didn't even want to leave the house.

Rent it for my friends. Due to some miscommunications between me and my friends, they have forgt to check out the unit on time. However, issue has been resolved immediately and Francis is very helpful. My friends are satisfied with their stay. Thank you
