Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Kram

We loved staying at Sunflower (all three of us as we took our dog, Poppy) lovely house and surroundings. Garden and pool immaculate. Friendly staff at Moo Baan and property agents were very quick to respond and deal with any problems we had. Fanny was always on hand to help (through email) and we would love to come back to the area again. Many thanks for a relaxed, happy stay.

Lovely rustic accommodations in a very peaceful area. Site staff were incredibly helpful and treated our kids like royalty.

We stayed for 5 days during Songkran festival. It was so peaceful and comfortable place. The house is located near the beach although we didn't try to walk to the beach but it was a short drive. We loved the kitchen which is fully equipped and a big dinning table. My family enjoyed the pool and beautiful garden. Thanks Ingvor and the staff. Very happy stayed.

Fantastic stay, right on the beach.

Quality time place! My family and I loved loved loved staying here! This is a relaxing and beautiful location. If you’re wanting something more close to walkable things to do this might not be the place for you. If you’re looking for peaceful, semi secluded and relaxing beach walking this is it! There are a few restaurants just a quick 2-3 mins walk down the road. The house is 3 stories of beautiful floors and a huge staircase. There’s a separated living area with a full bathroom that could easily sleep 3-4 people other than the 4 other bedrooms inside the main part of the home. The housekeeper is always on hand for all your needs and recommendations if needed. He lives in a house directly behind the main home. The pics of the home need to be updated a bit but if you like what you see on Airbnb currently you will fall in love when you get there. There is no washing machine or hot tub. One of the bathrooms has a tub. Will recommend over and over again! Miss it already!

Alex was a great host, his response time to our communications was always very fast and friendly. His house was exactly as described and the location was perfect, check in and out was effortless and the staff at the office extremely friendly and helpful. Can definitely highly recommend this home.

It’s a very nice place right by the sea, with a 2-minutes walk to the beach and swimming pool. The area is clean and beautiful, you’ll get the freshest air even during the heavy pollution period. There is everything you need for a good stay with a family or friends, like kitchenware or a rooftop with table and chairs. We had some problems with a check in, but Alisa helped us to solve it really fast, and the overall experience is great!

The villa and the surroundings exceeded our expectations. The villa itself was spacious and fully furnished with tasteful decor. Beds were comfortable and the bed linens clean (actually the whole place was spotless). The pool was large and clean. What made our stay really special was the beach, just a few yards from the pool. The beach went on for miles in each direction and was pretty clean with wonderful views. We will certainly consider returning next year!

Anna’s place was what we were looking for, in a sleepy part of town with fantastic access to the beach and fresh seafood! We loved it and would definitely come back.

Perfect apartment for family, 2 good sized bedrooms, lounge and kitchen. Excellent balcony with great views, 50m to sea great quiet beach, back to pool for shower Perfect. Restaurants and bars close by, good base to explore surrounding areas with lots to see. Will stay again

Pakkhawan is just a wonderful host and person first of all, just really kind and cares about people. Her place is absolutely new and so nice. I wish every place was this nice. Pool, gym, sauna awesome, location terrific. I haven't stayed at such a nice place like this in a long time. And the bed is the best bed I've layed on in all of Thailand so far. If you have been roughing it and need a break, this is the place.

This place is authentic cosy hideaway which gives us a real privacy and comforts. It is good for family to spend time together in a comfortably spacious & clean place equipped with sufficient amenities. This room provides panoramic scenery of both sea and mountain views. Great apartment. Convenient kitchen, separate bedroom, large balcony. On the non-sunny side you can calmly have breakfast and dinner without the scorching sun. There is a pleasant breeze. The kitchen of medium size has a fridge, stove, dishes, sink, bar counter. There is a washing machine. Everything is there for life. The neighborhood is quiet ,70 meters to the sea. In the condo there is a beautiful pizzeria, Thai food. Few people live there, the pool and sauna are free. There are problems with taxis - they are bad and thieving, so we took a scooter for transportation. We used it constantly. The neighborhood is for those who are tired of Pattaya and crowds of people. The beach is good ,the sea depends on the weather but it is definitely better than on Jomtien.
