As always it was a wonderful experience staying with Mr Andy. I and my wife are always impressed and enjoy the natural environment and pollution free atmosphere here. In 22 days of stay we didn’t use the living room A/C because of the cool and refreshing breeze whole day along. It was really amazing. We never get tired or bored coming here again and again.

The villa and the surroundings exceeded our expectations. The villa itself was spacious and fully furnished with tasteful decor. Beds were comfortable and the bed linens clean (actually the whole place was spotless). The pool was large and clean. What made our stay really special was the beach, just a few yards from the pool. The beach went on for miles in each direction and was pretty clean with wonderful views. We will certainly consider returning next year!

Located in Phupatara condominium complex, the room offers a panoramic beach view with a big balcony. Once the partition between living area and bedroom is opened, the room is actually very spacious. Standard amenities are included. 5 mins walk to a local restaurant is a big plus. Juit is very helpful and responsive. We have stayed in this room twice already. Definitely come back here again.

This is a really nice place in a good apartment building. Its first floor (but basically on the second) There are actually two balconies one of them is big like a terrace and you can see some sea from it and it has table and chairs. The apartment had everything you might need and it is obvious that it is not something people give for rent but also use themselves. It has this “home” feeling to it! We liked it a lot. Balconies on two sides make it breezy inside so we never really used air conditioning only fans. The app needs some minor repairs and the cleaning lady is maybe not top notch, but look at the price it is a great deal and all small things are included in that price I think. Grab it if you can! Annemarie is really nice and always ready to help if needed. Thank you again we had a great time!

We had a great stay here. Would definitely be back and were actually pretty sad when we had to leave. The Airbnb is perfect for working remotely, even with an extra screen (HDMI connection). It's quiet, spacious, super modern, 10-15min walk away from the ocean and 7/11. There is a pool to use and laundry for 40 bhat. So everything here you need for a nice stay :)

Mikael is a super friendly host. The accommodation was twice taken but Mikael immediately had a solution ready that worked wonderfully. I felt very comfortable in the accommodation as well as in the area. A big plus was also that a sauna was available. I would come back in a heartbeat.

her two bedroom condo is very nice and comfortable I had just about everything needed for our stay, I wish there was a microwave. besides that my wife and I had a very lovely day

We really enjoyed our stay in Apichai’s apartment. We had everything we need: washing machine, equipped kitchen, TV, air conditioning and an amazing view from a big balcony/deck. You could hear the waves if you sleep with open doors. There is a great pizza place with a very tasty pizza in the same building as well as bakery shop with fresh bread and buns every morning. 7/11 is 10 min away and the authentic Thai restaurant is around the corner. The beach is clean and quiet. It is a paradise on earth. The owner was very kind to us. He even bought a new comfy couch for the living room while we were staying there. We definitely would love to come back.

This place is authentic cosy hideaway which gives us a real privacy and comforts. It is good for family to spend time together in a comfortably spacious & clean place equipped with sufficient amenities. This room provides panoramic scenery of both sea and mountain views. Great apartment on the 28th floor with amazing views. Spacious and enough space. Leisure rooms in the condo building can be used without any problems. Pool right in front of the house and beach about 100m walk away.

Nice apartment with great views and lots of local amenities. Having the hotel next door is nice and we made use of the SPA. Easy to get to the local towns and plenty of food options nearby. Great stay. Thank you

A lovely place to unwind. Irenas flat greeted my with a nice energy the first minute I stepped in. I was very comfortable the whole stay long. Beach is 2 minutes away, the Condo has a pool, you get drinking water for 1 Baht per litre at the entrance, a 7/11 is next to the building. All was perfect to relax, work, chill.

The house is fantastic with a great outside area overlooking the immaculate grounds and swimming pool. We particularly liked that there was a pretty garden area next to the larger outside seating area which afforded more privacy when sitting outside. Inside, there is a well equipped kitchen and there are two good sized bedrooms. The area is very undeveloped with just a few beachside restaurants and some convenience stores. The fresh seafood was amazing.

The location of this villa is stunning, particularly the sea view from the roof terrace. The roof terrace and swimming pool were our favorite part of the property. The rooftop is quiet and cool in the mornings (we visited in Jan) and we really enjoyed having breakfast there and a BBQ in the evening. The house itself is comfortable and perfect for our young family. We only had to be mindful of our youngest child and the mezzanine floor with a low-ish rails, but this is clear from the photos I believe. There is a great Beach Club/cafe a very short walk along the beach (less than 5 mins) which we loved as well. Our host was incredibly responsive and helpful, making us feel very welcome from the moment we booked. Thank you for our stay.

It was amazing, and the answer was no longer available. Pool right in front of you. For those who don't have a car, it's a good idea to have their way of transportation. He also arranged for the driver to be locally. The house was very pleasant to stay in. I don't have a rice cooker and cookware. You should check in advance if needed. Anyway, the host was super responsive. Thank you very much.😊

Fantastic Villa and great host, Myself , my wife and 2 teenagers needed a place to relax for a week after a week in Pattaya the villa was perfect very quiet area with enough bars and restaurants within walking distance to keep you going , close to the port to access Koh Samet , the only downside is around 4KM to local groceries store but we just hired a saleng for a couple of days very cheap , I would highly recommend this villa if you need some where to put your feet up relax and have some chill out time with amazing views

we spent 4 days in this pretty villa. The decor is very beautiful and the outdoor environment is very well maintained as well as the swimming pool whose water is crystal clear, it is a great place to rest for a few days. You eat very well at the restaurant in the subdivision but if you want something more typical you can walk to the small fishing port and eat local and fresh food on the beach. It's better to have a vehicle if you're staying long enough because the location is a bit isolated, but for a few days it's ideal!
