The room is spacious, facing the sea and on the floor that is not very high. The atmosphere is good, quiet, suitable for relaxation and travel. Fully equipped.

The villa and the surroundings exceeded our expectations. The villa itself was spacious and fully furnished with tasteful decor. Beds were comfortable and the bed linens clean (actually the whole place was spotless). The pool was large and clean. What made our stay really special was the beach, just a few yards from the pool. The beach went on for miles in each direction and was pretty clean with wonderful views. We will certainly consider returning next year!

Cheap and cheerful, close to the beach and nice moo baan. Need your own transportation. Good value for money.

I have stayed in Grandblue beach condo a few time! This time's staying Is outstanding! As soon as I booked the room, landlord kept updating information with me, very very friendly! The room itself is beautiful and sweet! All The beddings are high quality, Feels very comfortable! There we're also cold water in the fridge and snack bar! Everything is perfect! Loved it!

This corner apartment is a great place to stay, clean and beautifully designed.. 5 minutes walk to the ocean and a great pool to use at the complex. Food available a short walk down the beach or by car where there are many good choices within a 5 minute drive. The place was well equipped for preparing light meals. We found the washing machine, toaster, coffee maker, kettle and large fridge a huge plus. No Tv but lots to do nearby. The only downside was the mattresses are on the firm side for us but everything else was superb. We will definitely come back. Great for a week-long stay.

We had a 4 night getaway at Pakawat’s condo. The room was super clean and everything was like new. The staff and security in the building were very nice and the surrounding area is quiet and peaceful. We spent our days on the beautiful beach right in front and in the evenings there are many restaurants and bars to choose from (we loved eating seafood on the beach at Laem Ya Restaurant). I would love to stay here again when I return!

Lovely place to relax away from the hustle and bustle. You’ll need some wheels to get to the beach / explore around, but it’s a nice and calm place to do so, so all good. Didn’t meet Sami but he was very responsive to our messages/needs. His place was clean, spacious, relaxing, and well equipped. Many thanks!

It is a great stay if you looking for a peaceful and quite rest, it is indeed quite far from the main busy area but worth your while if it's peace that you looking for during the stay. very quite at night, and love the surrounding especially the pond / lake view. The host is offering to open up the 2nd floor with extra charge, but for us who stays with 4 people only, it is more than enough already. All and all, we do enjoy the experience and stay at Paranee's place!

Alex was a great host, his response time to our communications was always very fast and friendly. His house was exactly as described and the location was perfect, check in and out was effortless and the staff at the office extremely friendly and helpful. Can definitely highly recommend this home.

patriks place is just as described, peaceful and relaxing with good people to assist, five minutes walk to the beach and 7/11. can hire Scooter's at the resort if you want as I would advise transport to get around. all together I would recommend Patriks villa.

Great house that was more cozy and nice than what we expected from the photos. This house has the best location in the area with nice afternoon sun and very big and private garden. Everything worked perfectly and the house was clean and good, everything we needed was to buy close by. The host was very helpful and the communication worked quickly and clearly. We liked both the private pool and the slightly larger pool in the area. Absolutely recommend others to rent this house!

I had a great vavation with my 8 years old son and the location is a real paradise, specially for vacations with kids.

This place is authentic cosy hideaway which gives us a real privacy and comforts. It is good for family to spend time together in a comfortably spacious & clean place equipped with sufficient amenities. This room provides panoramic scenery of both sea and mountain views. Thanks to Monica and Bob, our hosts who are really friendly, kind, and very helpful.

This is a cosy and comfortable condo with fantastic sunrise and sunset views over the Gulf of Thailand. It was magical sitting on the balcony enjoying our evenings watching the colours change over the sea. There are a few local restaurants but I’d recommend having your own transport as it is beautiful, peaceful and quiet here but you may want to venture further for restaurants. Spending the days swimming, reading, playing board games, stand up paddling and cycling here is wonderful and we will be booking to come back soon. The condo has everything you need and the kitchen is well equipped. The concierge staff at the condo are also super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this as a getaway from city life. James is an excellent host, going the extra mile to ensure guests are settled in, comfortable and well informed. The apartment had everything required for a comfortable stay and more besides. The condo building is well managed, everything works and with friendly attentive staff at the bistro downstairs. I will certainly return and would not hesitate to recommend this listing to other potential guests.

We stayed at Miwha ´s place in rayong for a week. It was a wonderful holiday. The views from the apartment were stunning, waking up to the see and watching the see and sunset every night. There was everything we needed, the AC worked well and we were very comfortable as a family of 5 with 3 young kids. Only negative note, the wallpaper was ripping in some places and probably needs replacing. Otherwise the standard was very good. The surroundings and the hotel pool were great, the beach is pristine and very private. It wasn’t busy at all especially during the week days. The hotel bar served some great smoothies and the little local beach restaurant had all the right things on the menu, for the kids and for the adults, good authentic Thai food with lots of seafood. We will definitely be back!
