Waterfront vacation rentals in Kraj

Put simply, AMAZING, a big part of that thanks to Josip and his family. The location is perfect with hot tub, stunning pool and ocean (at most 4m from the gate) to swim and snorkel in or take the paddle board for a spin! A promenade passes the gate in both directions and goes for a few miles, all flat, and must visit Trojir is walkable, 15-20 mins. A boat taxi to Split also picks up a few yards away on a jeti which is perfect. With or without a car there is so much to see and do, Josip offered to pick us up from the airport which takes all hassle and worry away and will organise literally anything for you from a hire car to the door or a parasailing trip from his back gate! Breakfast was a real bonus with a varied selection every day, nothing too much trouble. The apartment was beautiful, with everything you need and a morning coffee on the balcony with breathtaking views just another bonus. The place has a great location, parking is not an issue. Supermarkets are within walking distance and you can walk to the ferry to zadar by the sea. In the apartment, everything is available that is needed, TV only goes to Croatian or you log into your streaming services, then take a TV stick or Chromecast with you. The bathroom is spacious and has space for everything. The beds are super comfortable and the sea in front of the door refreshing. The location is quiet, but there are bars right on the water. Sabine was always very friendly and helpful. Will definitely come back

The accommodation was just like the picture! The view from the window was really pretty and the accommodation was very clean. The host allowed us to check in early and answered our questions quickly, so we were comfortable during the trip.

Wonderful location and views from the large balcony. Convenient for transport and local amenities - and we very much enjoyed eating in the lovely Marinero Restaurant below the apartment (which was not noisy at night).

Everything in the house was as described. Only thing surprising was that there was no warm water in the kitchen. The location is absolutely perfect, because there is no more house in front of this one, you have a perfect view of the Karin Sea. Unfortunately, the path in front of the house has now been extended, so it is no longer quite as quiet as hoped for. Also, the beach on the left side has now been filled with gravel, so unfortunately the naturalness has been lost. But unfortunately, it's so often in Croatia. But that's really just little things. All in all, a beautiful holiday in a beautiful house with a great location.

Great location , close to the sea, sitting on the terrace in the shade of Oleander, we heard a splash of water. Charming, cozy , well-equipped, and ready for our arrival. The host was very friendly, helpful , got us parking - a fee of 60 euros for 2 weeks. Quiet , various restaurants invite you to visit. Shops close to home. We were with 4 people and these 2 weeks passed in a very pleasant atmosphere. We were sad to leave. Even the bells from the nearby church stopped bothering us. We'd love to go back.

Highly recommend this beautiful spot! Visiting Off-season the whole surrounding was very peaceful and only a few other people were in the whole bay. The garden is amazing and the house had everything we needed. Just the bedrooms felt a bit moist/humid during the night. Maybe because it was already end of September and so close to the sea. But exept from that everything war just perfect! Thank you!!!

Our stay was a dream 🤩 The perfect house for two couples. Super sea view, short distance to the sea (about 70 meters) and two swimming coves within walking distance. A 10-minute walk to the city. Particularly noteworthy is the extraordinary architecture of the house. We can definitely recommend the house. We thank Dino for two memorable weeks.

Stayed for 9 days and enjoyed the property and the amazing view. Very walkable to nearby restaurants and very close access to beach which was perfect. We even had a flat tire situation with our car and Josip went above and beyond to help us! Would definitely recommend staying here!

The apartment itself is really nice and comfortable. It is perfectly located just outside the old town and has limited free parking around. The building is older and the elevator very small. Our stroller just fit in. I would stay there again.

Very nice appartment in a beautiful Amadria Sibenik resort. We enjoy its perfect location, right on the beach, and sea view from the balcony. Hosts were very responsive and gave clear instructions. Bathroom and kitchen were renovated recently. We missed only sun shade on the balcony which is shown on the cover picture. Sun umbrella is present, but not that usefull due to its size and wind. We wish we had, for a 4 member family, extra wardrobe too. Private parking is available, however outside the resort.

We really enjoyed out stay at the apartment. Place was like in the pictures, even the weather was the same. :)

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. Easy and helpful communication. Apartment was exactly as pictured. Clean comfortable and cozy. The location, especially the balcony and private water access was so nice. There are a couple of good nearby restaurant options (including 1 next door with boats of tourists coming by the waterfront access most days). Really lovely and kind hospitality from Vedrana’s mother, Jasna, including welcome fruit from the property and drinks. The only possible critique is the internet is a little slow, but steady and functional for most things. Highly recommend! Thanks again!

We stayed with Adrienn for 5 days, and had the best time. She organised a transfer for us to and from the airport which worked a dream. We arrived earlier than checkin and were able to get straight into the property. The studio is quiet, clean and most importantly has a great AC! It was a haven after a long day in the sun. We were able to use the villas sun loungers which was very helpful. We very much enjoyed spending time on the roof terrace, which made up for not having a balcony. The beach is less than 2 mins walk, as are a host of very good restaurants (Leonardo, great value for money). The location is great for exploring, we hired a scooter and many other beaches were less than 10mins away (Labadusa, Kava, Duga). We will definitely visit Adrienn again with no hesitation. Thank you! The accommodation was immaculately clean and tastefully decorated, providing a cozy and comfortable retreat throughout our stay. josaphine and franka both went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, and their prompt communication made the entire experience seamless.

It was a very nice apartment, with everything you need. Very easy to reach by car and with a beautiful view. You only have to walk 100 meters for a lovely beach. Communication with Petra also went very well. The only downside is that there is no shutter so you wake up very early in the morning. Otherwise really a top space so thank you Petra!
