The famous blue tower can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot and the river (Neckar) can also be reached on foot within a few minutes.

It has been recently newly renovated and equipped with a brand new kitchen and new decor, which makes it a perfect location to feel home. The apartment is located on the park island, an idyllic green area on the banks of the Rhine, in the middle of Ludwigshafen. Here you can enjoy the benefits of the city while still being surrounded by nature.

We extensively renovated our apartment (and the whole building) in 2017. It is located on the ground floor and has a size of about 55 sqm. The terrace is facing south, sunny almost all day and has direct lake views. We have furnished the living room and bathroom in a modern way. The kitchen is equipped with all the basic things (fitted kitchen with stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, dishes etc.).
