The first time I booked a room on this site, the hotel was in a bustling location, and it was very convenient for eating and shopping nearby downstairs.The boss was warm and hospitable. I forgot to remind me to pick it up in time. The experience was very good.

Room small, bathroom small, but it's normal for Hong Kong I guess. Bed is large. Over all it's enough for sleep over and that is what I want. Location is excellent, bus to/from airport is right by the entrance to building -5 meters, Metro is 50 meters, really good locations. Walking distance to bay, to see the light show of Hong Kong. I recommend this accommodation. One minus - when the window is open, it's noisy.

The room is not big, but the bed is really comfortable and clean and hygienic. The location is still close to the subway station. It is convenient to go out and play. The attitude of the customer service sister is also very good, it is a great experience!

Overall, this was a great stay and provided lots of value for what you pay. The building is in a great location as it’s right next to the mtr station, and in the heart of a lot of tourist attractions and things to do. The room itself was clean and comfortable, the bathroom and shower were a little small but was expected in a city. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Hong Kong!

Just stayed at this Hong Kong homestay and was deeply captivated by its warm atmosphere.The room is nicely furnished, clean and tidy, fully equipped with facilities that make people feel like they have returned to their own home.The location is also great, you can go out to the subway station, surrounded by places to eat, drink, and have fun.For a few days here, I completely relaxed and enjoyed a relaxing trip.Next time I come to Hong Kong, I will choose here again!

Pros: >Fantastic location - Between Austin & Jordan stations (5–8 min walk) and Mongkok Ladies Market & Avenue of Stars (25 min walk); plenty of nearby food options (eg. 2-dish rice); bus stops, Temple Street Night Market, and Kowloon Park w/in walking distance >Smooth check-in – Clear, easy-to-follow instructions >Great hospitality – Wai Yan was very responsive, friendly cleaning lady replaced towels and toothbrushes daily >Convenient layout – Main airbnb entrance right off the elevator, unlike others with multiple hallways >Useful amenities – AC, private CR with hot shower; common pantry with dining table, microwave, water kettle, and fridge Minor cons: >Like most HK homestays, space is compact but manageable >Beds might feel small for taller guests (tallest among us was ~5'7" and had no issues with this) >Street noise from passing vehicles, but not an issue for us after long days out Grateful to have found this gem—affordable, comfortable, and highly recommended. The listing's location is walking distance from MTR jordan station. It is also close to temple street. And alot of convenient stores nearby. Also have McDonald's and Cafe de Coral nearby. The Host was responsive and the cleaning lady was very accommodating and friendly. And even the lady who was guarding the building assisted us nicely during check in and was very helpful. The listing's size is enough to fit two guests. The bathroom was surprisingly spacious. And the listing was being cleaned from time to time. Over all, a very beautiful experience for first time international travelers like us! ✨💕

We had an amazing stay in Wai Yan’s place! The room was clean and well-equipped, there was a microwave, fridge and kettle, the building was safe and well-located. Victoria harbour and plenty of MRT stops within walking distance. Many hikes easy access. Perfect place to stop for a few nights. Wai Yan and the cleaning lady were both lovely company and helped make us feel so at home 😀

I was given a different place as the one in listing was under renovation. The new place was in the 9th floor of United Mansion A, right in front of Shanghai street bus station and 300m from Jordan MTR, and 500m from Austin street MTR. Worth every penny in an otherwise very costly HK. A small cozy compact room just enough for 2 with two beds, a AC unit, a small wardrobe, a bedside table with a mirror and squeaky clean bathroom with water heater. Drinking water was available for consumption for free along with a fridge, oven and a kettle in the common area. There was a super friendly caretaker available in the property. The host was very friendly and proactive in her communication. This is available at half the price of other hotels in the same area but with more amenities and personal care. Thanks to Wai for making my HK trip very memorable!

The location is perfect . It is right next to the metro station , close to a lot of good restaurants and Kowloon park even though the room itself is very tiny but comfortable . Def recommended and def will come back if ever travel to HK again!

Hosts were very responsive and friendly! The room was small but served me well as a solo traveller. Cleaning was done daily by a really friendly aunty, and the location is so convenient, with plenty of food, convenient stores and shopping to do in the area! Very value for money - would stay again!

Sam's house is great value for money!Transportation can not be more convenient - there is a bus stop and subway station downstairs, so you can go anywhere.The room is clean and tidy, the details are very attentive, and the conversion plug is prepared in advance, so you don't have to worry about charging at all.Sam was also very responsive and great communication. The warmest thing was that it was just raining on the day of check-in, and Sam also offered an umbrella, which was really thoughtful! The only small reminder is that because the house is on the street, there may be a little traffic noise at night, if you are a light sleeper, it is recommended to bring an earplug, which does not affect the overall experience ~ In any case, this is definitely a good choice for traveling accommodation!

It's the same as the picture. And it's really small… I was surprised when I first went in. It's small enough for 3 people to stay.. The temperature control of the air conditioner was at your disposal, so that was good. Maybe it's because it's humid on the wall, so there's Gompunging....

Direct airport bus access, and MRT stations, bus stops are nearby, making it a very convenient location.The staff is also very enthusiastic and will guide you to join LINE for instant response. The only downside is that the room faces the main road, and some beds are indeed a little noisy. If you can have soundproof windows or something, you'll sleep better at night, or remember to bring earplugs.

Very convenient location, clean, and affordable. Power went out for a day but issue was resolved promptly as soon as the host was made aware of the issue. Good choice for budget conscious travellers :)
