The apartment is located in the center of Hong Kong, 3 minutes from Yau Ma Tei subway station, 8 minutes from West Kowloon High Speed Railway Station, 7 minutes from Tsim Sha Tsui, 10 minutes from Central, in a great location and very convenient to get around. The apartment is not a brand new building, but the apartment is very new, just renovated for two years, equipped with brand new home appliances, specially equipped with 2 brand new 135x190cm separate spring mattress, 1 new 142x189cm double comfortable sofa bed, (200x200cm light warm warm duvet, extra warm blanket, high-quality shoulder care pillow, four piece set of skin-friendly pure cotton bed, after every traveler checks out, so that you can sleep comfortably on your trip is the most important❤️ The Hong Kong building is expensive, my apartment is 420 square feet, the living room is larger, can lay several suitcases flat, the toilet and shower room have been renovated into 2 separate spaces, for easy use, so the space is not large, this is common in Hong Kong. La boutique is super close to Austin metro station and West Kowloon Station. It's walking distance to Jordan and Yau Ma Tei (if you don't mind walking a bit). The suite is small but has all you need. Vincent is a very hospitable host who always respond promptly and give you the information you're looking for. An ideal location, a welcoming host, I would consider staying at La boutique when I visit HK next time.

Before coming, it was especially convenient to go to West Kowloon. Plus, Gary's reviews were all very good. Then it just happened that I had an available room that day, so I booked it for one night. When I got there, it was really just as described in the pictures. Gary is also super nice and explained things very carefully. I had other questions and he replied me very quickly. If the room hadn't been booked for the next night, I would definitely have stayed one more night. And I later discovered that the internet-famous bakery, Kaduna, was just a few steps away downstairs. I didn't have to queue up at the crowded places. It's just so convenient!

I like living here. It is very convenient for me. It is close to the Airport Express and it is very quiet. The neighbors are not noisy. Although the room is small, I can open a 28-inch suitcase. The room is very tidy. The air conditioning and hot water are sufficient and warm. A reminder to bring your own bath towel, toothbrush, toothpaste and slippers, because you will need them. Katrina is a very good person. She will answer any questions you have and will send you detailed messages before you check in and check out. I believe I will book this room next time. I love it here.🫶🏻

Clem's house is very good, everything is there, very good value for money, the host is very patient, the guide map on the floor is very detailed, as soon as I get out of Sham Shui Po Exit A, it is just a few steps away, the house is large, all kinds of equipment and facilities are available, and the family is very convenient to get around.Next time I go back.There is a dog called QQ who is cute and will let you remove your shoes!Also helped us to hire a car to go to the airport, also discounted, perfect trip, perfect host

The place is exactly what you see, just the beds and bathroom but that is all we needed for our very short stay. Bedding and linens were clean. Bathroom was super small but over all no complaints. The location and price for the unit were well worth it. I would stay here again.
