Condo vacation rentals in Kowloon City District

Clem, her helper, and her teacup sized dogs are great hosts. Great communication and problem solvers. The apartment is located close to 3 Airport Buses , MTR station, Dragon Center Mall, and the famous snake soup shop. There’s plenty of places to eat, lots of old school Chinese dessert shops which my nostalgic self loved. The journey from the airport is 1 hour by bus. The helper’s laundry service with their washer and dryer was perfect. They provided water cooler, towels, and hair dryer. Shower strength was strong. Bed was nice and firm. Clem also allowed us to store our luggage in her apartment after check out and was flexible with when we returned to collect them. She also allowed us to use her shared bathroom even after check out for a quick clean before our red eye flight.

Perfect location, easy access to lots of places including MTR, malls and markets. The apartment has a pretty view of west Kowloon and the harbor. Buildings have great management and staff, I feel safe staying there. Although kitchen and bathroom are not in top notch condition, my family and I really enjoyed our stay at the apartment.

Great value, room is cleaned every day. Great for fuss-free travel.

Clem was a great host. I felt right at home, it was very easy to get to the accom ti and from the airport. It was a stress free trip. Would stay again. Her 2 dogs are very cute :)

We felt that it was a great home for our three week stay. It is convenient, clean and comfortable, bright and airy. The location is excellent; quiet but near to shops, bars, restaurants and parks.

Location was very good 5 min walking to sai ying pun mrt station exit A1. Wi-Fi and A-C working perfectly. Flat owner was quick to respond.

Robert’s place was great, although was smaller than the photos appeared. As such my husband and I ended up having to move to a friend’s house and leave our two young adult children to stay alone ( which wasn’t a problem.) As 4 people in that tiny space would have been a real squeeze. The biggest problem that there had been a last minute problem with the kitchen which suddenly needed repair. As such it was shut off completely when my daughter arrived and she was told that the kitchen would not be able to be used. In such a tiny space, losing a whole kitchen was a big deal. It also meant that they had nowhere to go to store or prepare even the most basic of food. Robert was very good about it when I contacted him though and agreed to give us a sizable refund on our initial payment as compensation, which I thought was very fair. As such, I am still happy to give a positive review.

Excellent location which bus stop is in front of the apartment, tram station is opposite and metro station is just 3mins walk from the apartment. Lots of restaurants and shopping complex nearby. Host replies message almost immediately after sending the message. Toilets are sparkling clean and the towels are fluffy and clean like new. Some tenants mentioned about the noise but we did not have any troubles of sleeping at all and my family even opened the balcony door and took a nap in the noon. Definitely will come back again.

The room is very spacious and the location is easily accessible and self check in.Soundproofing was not noisy and it was convenient to have a kitchen and full utensils.Highly recommended and a great stay for multiple days.The room was very enthusiastic to solve all the problems

Harvey is such a great host. Since it is my first time travelling to Hongkong, he assisted me on familiarizing with the place. He also helped me on the transportation and the easiest way to reach his apartment. He recommended places and restaurant to try. The place is superb, complete with the things that you may need during the stay. The view from our room is mesmerizing. I would definitely go back to this place when I visit Hongkong. This place is highly recommended! 😁

Aman is a great host. He often inquired if I had everything I needed during my stay. He is kind and polite, often offers me snacks, lunch and dinner. This place is quiet, and the AC and shower were great.

This apartment is gorgeous, and my fiancee and I had a fantastic time in Hong Kong. The apartment is very spacious for Hong Kong, and my fiancee and I had ample storage space during our 4 nights there. The apartment doesn't have much decoration, but the view of Kowloon and the harbor more than makes up: I'd wake up every morning and just stare out the window (and snap a couple pics). The building is super nice - doormen, marble floors, crystal chandeliers. The pool is a little tricky to get to (you have to swipe into the clubhouse - the first door to your right on the veranda) but is beautiful (just a note: signs will say the pool is closed even when it isn't; always check at the clubhouse just in case.) This is the nicest building I've ever stayed in, and the location is very convenient (about a 30-min walk from the harbor or history museum; right next to the Night & Jade markets, 15-min walk to subway and the bus to Stanley market or Aberdeen - plus a building shuttle to Kowloon station & the airport express). Eric was very easy to communicate with, and we had everything we needed during our stay. Highly recommended for a great experience!

Loved the stay at Neekzad's place. Was good value for a long-term stay, in a good area with great access to public transport. Would stay again!

Both Sonia and her Airbnb were top notch! I couldn't have asked for a better stay while in Wan Chai as everything about it was perfectly accommodating. I will certainly rebook on any future visit to Hong Kong!
