Villa vacation rentals in Kotor

Zeljko was a great guy and made us comfortable as he can. He was nice and kind to us. Welcome gifts were brilliant, view of Kotor Bay seen from balcony and the pool was also brilliant. Unfortunately we couldn't use the pool due to weather conditions, however me and my wife will definitely come again next summer to stay more than this time.

Darko's house is very peaceful and is facing the Kotor bay. very beautiful facing. His house is very comfortable for the 8 of us. very comfortable beds. Thank you for hosting us

We had a very nice time in Sveti Stefan with Dragan. The view and the balcony were unique and we could enjoy the many sunsets. The bedroom and kitchen have everything you need. It should be noted that there is no air conditioning and you have to get used to the heat at night in the middle of summer. However, Dragan and his family took very good care of us and directly provided a fan. That made it much more pleasant! Otherwise, the beautiful beach is only a few minutes away and there is everything you need in Sveti Stefan (restaurants, supermarket). Overall, I can only recommend the apartment! We will be happy to come back!

An excellent host and a serene tranquil stay

Just got home from a fantastic stay at Agim’s place. We were over with 8 family members all different ages to celebrate my mums birthday and everyone absolutely loved the space. The pool area is amazing all the outdoor spaces were. We stayed in the back apartment they are both similar size. All amenties you will need for a long or short stay, the owner and his wife were lovely people the communication was flawless and fast, nothing was too much hassle. Thank you for a great stay if ever we are in Budva we wouldn’t stay anywhere else. We used taxis some nights to get up to the place but a lot of the time we walked it’s a little bit up but more than doable even for elderly

We had a great stay in the apartment. A great view of the sea. Its location was perfect, 10min walk from the airport, 5min from the bus station (to go to Dubrovnik for example). Host was very welcoming and kind. We had a great time in this apartment!

Masa waited for us to arrive, even though we were later than expected. The house is lovely and the pool was a great asset. I would stress for anyone renting this property to trust the map location Goca will send even if the little road looks like someone else’s driveway, the hill to the house is quite steep but worth it! The restaurants in Denovici are excellent and make the climb back up the hill worth it.

This villa is amazing, we had a wonderful time and at full occupancy it was not camped at all. Only drawback is the accessibility, you 100% need to drive and the roads have big drops and are quite tight with blind sides and the locals use them as a racing track! The local beach is brilliant, very steep so you need to be relatively young and very fit, I run marathons and worked up a sweat but it is doable for a fit adult it is 4.5km and a large drop and incline. Make sure you stock up as realistically the shops are around 30 -40 mins away, there is a small shop at the beach though for emergency supplies. On the flip side the you are in the mountains, amazing views and pool was fantastic and set-up was perfect so if you are after tranquility it is perfect. Jas is super helpful, great comms and Rosa is lovely although doesn't speak English so use Google translate to Siberian. The comms from Jas is perfect, he even has a video of driving up to the accommodation. Best host ever!

This is the most beautiful place we have ever stayed! We loved having dinner in the house each evening because the views and the huge windows in the main space were stunning. The location was peaceful and private, but still in a spot that was easy to get to other towns from (with a car). Thanks Sally!

We had the most amazing time at Villa Old Castle! There were six of us in our travel group and we reserved the entire castle for our five-day stay. Filip and his family were incredibly kind, and helpful, and went above and beyond when they made us a traditional dinner and shared their homemade grappa and wine with us. I highly recommend booking the entire place for your stay if you can. We loved having the castle all to ourselves. The pool area and restaurant on the main floor were great areas for us to gather all together, and the separate apartments gave us our privacy when we needed time to relax on our own. Filip and his family were phenomenal hosts who went out of their way to make sure we had an excellent stay.

Just Wow! this place was so perfect for our short stay and we wish we could stay for a week here. The host was very nice and friendly and communication was perfect. As for the property itself, it was so clean and the set up was great for our family. Parking was a value added as it seems many places struggle with parking.

The house was amazing, it has the most scenic view. Christofer thought everything for us, it was very comfortable, very peaceful. Sladana was also very helpful and friendly. Every corner, every piece of this stone house is done with great care. Clear sea, mountain that surround us and the house in Orejavac we simply fell in love….

Such a beautiful house and location! Mladen was very responsive, and allowed us to check in early as we had a small baby. They were also kind enough to provide baby essentials including cot, towels, high chair and bath. He also gave us local tips on local parking and transport that were super helpful! We absolutely loved the villa and lake, and definitely would recommend and love to return!

A beautiful home in a beautiful location! The host was very responsive to our questions and was able to give us lots of great recommendations. The only point to be aware of is how steep the hill is to reach the house and many taxis will refuse to drive it. Thankfully we were all fit and able to walk it. The house was a great size and layout, with plenty bathrooms for the number of bed rooms. We all hope to get back here again soon, the house and country has stolen our hearts. Love from Isla’s Hens.

Lisa and Tony were very responsive, Lisa met us there and showed us around and we were able to check in early due to our flight time which was very much appreciated. We had a lovely time, got some recommendations from Lisa on where to eat and we also passed on some recommendations back to her for trips we did as a family which we thoroughly enjoyed

Matija was a great great host and a good friend of us now. Always responsive by the minute, thinking everything for us ahead of time. He even picked us up from the airport as a friendly gesture, took us to shopping, found us taxis and did many more favors i might have missed. Thanks for being so friendly, flexible and helpfull the whole time!

Excellent house,for recreation and wintering. The house is perfectly clean and tidy, equipped with everything you need. Caring and welcoming hosts. I recommend it to everyone!

We absolutely loved staying in this fabulous villa. We were a party of 5 friends. Check in was easy with the owner meeting us on our arrival. Hosts were on hand with local advise whenever we needed it. Location halfway between Tivet and Kotor with local buses within easy walking distance. Nice local restaurants. I would 100 % recommend this to other travellers. It will be a trip to remember. Thank you for having us!

Really lovely place in very quiet surroundings, lovely pool area, beautiful views of mountains and the sea. Milijana was a very welcoming host who met us at the house with all kinds of refreshments, and was very helpful. Only negative was that it was a bit difficult to communicate with the family on Airbnb would definitely recommend the place.
