Vacation rentals with breakfast in Kooragang

We had a wonderful stay at this beautifully built and immaculately presented home. From the moment we arrived, it was clear Ainslie & Dan had put incredible thought into every detail. Fresh flowers and a selection of kitchen essentials like bread, butter, and milk greeted us, which was such a thoughtful touch. The house was exceptionally clean, and the attention to detail was impeccable—beautifully scented soaps and high-quality shampoo and conditioner added a touch of luxury. What stood out the most was the host’s understanding and compassion during our unfortunate circumstances. Their kindness made a challenging time much easier for us. We couldn’t recommend this place more highly and are so grateful for the experience.

Valley ridge house exceeded all expectations and beyond. Breath taking views and such attention to detail styling in the home. The host Jenny went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect adding little touches for us. I can’t thank you to Jenny for sharing this beautiful home with us.

Perfect place to stay with our dogs traveling through to Brisbane. We were towing a trailer and was able to park on the nature strip. House was extremely clean, had everything we needed with Lynn also going above and beyond to include breakfast! We felt right at home and at peace with the beautiful and well maintained garden and quiet location! Highly recommend for everyone but also those with pets!

Kristine has a beautiful place which is close to the Nelson Bay CBD. We travelled with my wife and my parents and we all had a great time. Kristine’s place was extremely clean and tidy with a spacious area indoors. The outdoor verandah was a nice and relaxing place in the morning and evenings. Highly recommend Kristine’s place and we hope to stay there next year.

We had a great family vacation at Susan's place. Susan's house was very cosy with all the amenities required. Highly recommended. Susan was very accommodating to all our needs.

Anne Marie’s place was absolutely stunning from start to finish. The house was beautifully decorated and we marveled at the architectural design. So, so private and yet close to everything in Pokolbin. The kangaroos at dusk and dawn were the icing on the cake. Picture perfect. We wish we could have stayed for a week! We would highly recommend staying here for a romantic getaway!

We absolutely loved staying here. It is in a perfect location for the wineries. A gorgeous house with a fantastic outdoor area. Very comfortable as well. Melissa was an outstanding host. She was so accomodating with everything. The food provided was amazing! We absolutely recommend this place. The central air conditioning was much appreciated as we had some extremely hot weather! We had everything we needed and more!

Beautiful little place that was a perfect fit for our weekend away. Clean, tidy, spacious, well supplied with loads of instructions for amenities. Fab location with easy access to Cessnock and the Hunter Valley. Responsive and friendly hosts, who made the whole experience a truly stress free expense. Would highly recommend as a get away place to stay to access other locations and rest up in between.

Sues place was exactly what we needed. it was clean, comfortable, affordable and in a lovely quiet, peaceful location. we highly recommend it to anyone interested.

Wonderful stay! I stayed for a month for work and it was perfect! Private car space, walkable to beaches and shops, exercise walks of a morning! Kate’s place is clean and comfortable, lovely host and always responsive. Everything I needed. Would highly recommend!

Edyta and Darius’s flat was so cozy and cute! My boyfriend and I stayed here for a night over the weekend and it was a perfect fit for everything we needed, and walking distance to the restaurant we were going to. Their flat is well laid out, and makes you feel right at home, and very nice and clean. Although we unfortunately didn’t get to meet Edyta and Darius this time, they were super friendly and helpful via messages. Great hosts and location, 10/10 would recommend and would stay again! Thanks for hosting us :)

How this place looked better than the photos I will never get over! My mouth dropped when we arrived. This place is OUTSTANDING. I was already going to put 5 stars just off the bases that Mel & Adam were the most accomodating, communicative and understanding hosts all round, especially when it came to our travel schedule! There’s not one nook or cranny that went unnoticed for them to include something in this space that made it interactive, fun and nostalgic. They gave us the best spread of snacks i’ve ever had in an air bnb. I loved this funky, clean and fun air bnb. Highly recommend this if you’re travelling to Newcastle or surrounding. Highlight of our trip. I can’t wait to be back! THANK YOU MEL & ADAM! I will never forget this stay 😍

Absolutely loved staying at Haleys place. It was a clean & cozy space to arrive to after a long road trip from QLD. Not to mention being greeted by the beautiful horse which lives on the property. The projector screen was a great addition to the space, bed was comfy, and bathroom & kitchen was a good size. Overall would definitely stay here again!! :)

Kira was a great host. The views was stunning. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a scenic and relaxing retreat.

glad we found this gem. great location, close to the lake, pub, beach etc … plenty of privacy at the same time. we really loved the stylish interior & cool decor, the serene garden is a peaceful retreat as well. Brad’s local knowledge and hospitality made our stay even more amazing. will be back.

What a fabulous little getaway just 90 mins out of Sydney. My wife and our 8 year old had a great time at Willa Willa. A real nursery rhyme collection of lovely animals including sheep, a donkey, an alpaca, Shetland pony, chickens and peacocks. In a very eclectic and rustic property. Highly recommended - and the Chinese takeaway in Peats Ridge was amazing old school Chinese. Will definitely return. Thanks Kim 🙌

A very comfortable place, within walking distance you have supermarket and gym. Lyn is very friendly and attentive to whatever you need.

We absolutely loved our stay at Yves & Martines gem of a place. It was perfect for the night and closeby to Fingal Bay where we had an event the next day. Yves & Martine showed us incredible hospitality, were easy to communicate with and flexible with our timings. The entire residence was extremely clean, comfortable, beautiful gardens and the breakfast offering was delicious. Would highly recommend if you’re in the area!

Had a lovely weekend in Newy at Ian’s place. The location is perfect for getting around on foot and near the beaches. The room was spacious, tranquil and had everything we needed. Perfect spot for anyone looking to explore Newy!
