This place is a little paradise. Nested in a very peaceful environment, the house is even better than on the pictures, more spacious and nicely decorated. Exquisite meals have been served to us daily, with extreme gentleness. The communication was easy. I cannot find any default in that place, it was just the perfect place to be.

I had a wonderful stay at this property, which offers a quiet ambiance reminiscent of a village, yet is conveniently close to the highway. The peaceful, immersive setting allowed me to truly enjoy the natural surroundings, with sounds of nature all around. Despite the rustic charm, it’s just a short distance to all amenities. The home itself is spacious, tidy, and offers plenty of storage. I appreciated the subtle air conditioning, though the natural ventilation through the many windows was often sufficient. I found myself so drawn to the outdoor tranquility. The property also has reliable hot water, a backup power supply, and fast internet – perfect for a comfortable, connected stay. The host is fantastic – always responsive and proactive in checking in. It’s clear they cherish this ancestral property, and they’ve maintained it beautifully. I’m truly grateful for the opportunity to stay here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a unique and peaceful retreat.

I will try to limit my thoughts to 1000 words. Firstly, Manoj is very responsive and helpful. He shared the contacts, instructions, and locality details well in advance. Million thanks to Francis, who is the caretaker. The neighborhood is really friendly, polite, kind, and very helpful. Francis chettan helped with everything. Please visit Mettekkatt Bakery for amazing coconut ice creams and Sharbat. We rented this BnB to visit close by temples. But it never felt like a vacation. It was more like we were with our family. We made good connection with people in this beautiful and exotic fishing village. Vincent (Binny chettan) who helps with the taxicab is a great guide and friend and the best company one can have. We stayed for a week and left with a heavy heart, never wanting to leave this place. True spirit of Kerala, its natural beauty, and the most beautiful people at heart, ever.
