House vacation rentals in Königssee

We had a great stay at Mariola's place. The property is in the small town of Raubling in a quiet neighborhood, just a few blocks from the main road and near several markets and a great bakery. Raubling is near the foothills of the Alps so you can see tree covered hills nearby. We took day trips to Munich, Lenggries and Neuschwanstein. The property was large enough for our group of six and we made use of the indoor pool and sauna.

We spent a week in the apartment and felt super comfortable. We had an issue with the sauna, which was taken care of immediately and everything was in the way that we could use the facility again quickly. We also felt incredibly comfortable with Sandra's incredibly warm nature! And knew she has an open ear for all our concerns! In addition: super equipped apartment in which we lacked absolutely nothing!

We felt very comfortable! A super great house where there is a lot to discover Those who are musically gifted will find joy at the piano the drums and the singing bowl. The hot tub was very large and really nice and warm (we visited in December) All in all, we enjoyed it very much and we felt right at home We'd love to come back ☺️

We had a very good time as a group of 10 people in the house Montenido. The house is very spacious for 10 people. For the autumn days it offered everything we needed. The view is beautiful, the common areas and the kitchen spacious and functionally equipped. The rooms are very nicely decorated, and the double rooms all have their own bathroom which was very convenient. In some cases, when showering, we had to make sure that nothing drips into the room below. The infrared sauna on the ground floor looks very good, but takes a very long time to heat up and then also got a maximum of 45°C warm, so it is difficult to compare with the acceptances of a "normal sauna". The yoga room has great views. In addition to the background noise from the dairy farm, all the meadows on the slope were sprayed with manure on Tuesday and manure was extended. Beautiful home and beautiful view! We loved our stay and Tanja & Markus were very nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend anyone who is looking to stay outside the city center.

Our family of 5 had a wonderful stay in this chalet. It was well appointed and it felt like a home away from home. Julian was a helpful host with local recommendations for restaurants and activities. Each bedroom and en suite bathroom was quite comfortable and we had more than enough room. The sauna and outdoor spa/pool was a lovely way to relax after long hikes. The location is excellent and the mountain views well worth the visit. Bring your family & friends!

Katharina has a nice place in a good location and is very responsive. The fact that this seems to be her primary residence makes it a bit difficult at times to know what you can and cannot use, but she was a very reasonable and understanding person when miscommunication occurred.

The place was very nice and clean. The apartment was exactly as shown in the pictures. The atmosphere was very quiet and familiar. We were very warmly welcomed by the hostess, she gave us many good tips for the area and was always available. There was a good restaurant nearby, for more you would have to go to the nearest villages. There were a few animals at the property to pet and a playground with a pool. We didn't miss anything in the accommodation, it was highly recommended.

The house is exactly what our group of 14 people needed for our reunion. It was clean, had enough space, the kitchen was well equipped (it even had coffee enough for both days for all of us), beds were comfortable and the heated floors was a nice bonus. The communication with Alrike was always easy. We would definitely stay there again.

A really wonderful host: the loveliest family, couldn't have been more helpful, accomodating and attentive. Excellent communication...even when we called at odd hours. The house is warm and welcoming and had everything we needed and more. We really miss the massage chair, our morning coffee and our new friend, the little cat. Beds were super comfortable, the kitchen/living area is really spacious, the garden is lovely with outdoor dining area and the washing machine and dryer were very handy. The neighbourhood is perfect for a family. It's quiet, friendly, with excellent transport links. Two U-bahn stations, cafes, restaurants, a supermarket, clothes shops, a pharmacy, health food shop, bank and even a department store are all within walking distance. I would highly recommend this property and host. It was like a home away from home.

The house is stunningly beautiful. We were blown away by the house upon arriva and by how welcoming our hosts (Chris and Birgit) were. Perfect for a relaxing vacation and only 30 minutes from Munich centre, with the S-Bahn being located 1 minute away. Hohenbrunn is a great village with a superb local butchers, a bakery, and a farmshop (which can accommodate all your grocery needs). Definitely worth a visit to nearby Ayinger Bräustüberl too. Kerstin and Karolin's cottage leaves absolutely nothing to be desired. Large rooms with lots of space , everything very clean and great garden to romp and play. The location is fantastic , very close to the Saalach located in a quiet residential area. Directly from the house you can start great hikes / cycling tours. We arrived with 2 children ( baby and 3-year-old) and were greeted very warmly with many tips. During our stay, our hosts were always very quickly accessible. Both arrival and departure and communication were uncomplicated and absolutely warm. We had a wonderful relaxing time and would love to come back.

Nice little place in a beautiful town. Considering how spread out the town is, the Airbnb is centrally located. A few restaurants, cafes and supermarket nearby although they close fairly early. The Airbnb itself is perfect for two. We worked for a few days from there. WiFi was stable enough to do video calls. View out of the gym is spectacular. Absolutely recommend for vacation or Workation .

Emanuel made it very easy for us as a family with dogs to feel comfortable right away. The communication in advance was very courteous and sweet, even during our 14-day vacation he was always available for questions and even gave tips for things to do on site. The house is super nice, quiet and as a good starting point to explore things to see. Everything was very clean when we arrived. Easy check in and loving welcome gift for us and the dogs! The kitchen is WELL equipped, there is really nothing missing! The decor is cozy and has a little quaint charm - we felt comfortable and would have liked to stay longer! We say THANK YOU for a fantastic holiday in a beautiful area and with hosts we couldn't have asked for better!!!

We had a lovely stay. We were 5 people and there was plenty of space for everyone. The house is super fully furnished. The garage for the car was also great with the frost and snow.

A great home with a great atmosphere and design. Fully equipped with clean linens. There were a few cobwebs, but it doesn't affect the overall very positive impression. We were 6 days and it was warm and nice. Despite the flooding problems, we felt cared for and calm. Highly recommend!

Our stay was PERFECT! - The house was even better than expected! Plenty of space, big kitchen, a great layout, and kid friendly. - The location was excellent. We had a slight hesitation about not being right in the city center, but the tradeoff for a great house with plenty of space where our group could be together was well worth it! The S2 stop was a 7 minute walk from the house and was super convenient for getting into the city. We didn't take an uber/taxi once during our stay! - Moritz and Janka were super friendly, informative, and flexible. You can't ask for better hosts! I highly recommend a stay here if you are travelling to the great city of Munich and want a comfortable and convenient home base.

Sabine’s villa was beautiful and located in an idyllic small German town. It spaciously accommodated our family of 7 and could have easily accommodated another 4-5 people. Sabine was very responsive and was very helpful with our check in. We rented a vehicle to go in and out of Munich at our convenience, but the S-Bahn train was a short walk and a short ride into town—you could be at the Marienplatz in 15-20 minutes. Absolutely fabulous Airbnb and would definitely visit again!

House is situated in lovely and peaceful location. It has a nice garden with a creek. The house is fairly old and feels more like mountain cottage, but bathroom is newly renovated and everything was clean. I would definitely recommend this accommodation!
