Monthly Rentals in Komi

A beautiful neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, this is what we were looking for, we were already enjoying it... There are beautiful bays around, we visited, close to the villages, pyrgi, mesta, olimpi... you can also go to emperios to eat very close...

Ευάγγελος and his wife were amazing hosts. We had a very long and exhausting trip from the United States, but thankfully it was all worth it when we reached this beautiful rental. Ευάγγελος made us feel right at home with some breakfast basics and delicious homemade jam! The house was spotless and my children loved their bunk beds since they have bunk beds at home in the U.S. as well :) My youngest daughter loves to journal and used the adorable desk in their bedroom to write in her journal.about all of her adventures in Chios! You can see the gorgeous Komi beach from the balcony. And although the island has many other beaches that we visited, Komi seemed to be our favorite! Again, Ευάγγελος and Mary are amazing hosts and people We felt very blessed and fortunate to have found this place. It made our stay in Chios better than we had imagined! We loved our stay!

Nice clean place with a well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. The accommodation is also great for max. four people. There is enough space as well as two bathrooms. After a few minutes, you can be on the beach. 🏝️ Stamatis is super friendly, always very quick to respond to my messages and was always open and helpful to questions. 😊 Thank you for everything! 👋🇬🇷

The place is a little paradise on the not yet crowded island of Chios. The beach is right in front of the house with sunrise and sunset to be seen from the terrasse. Interesting sights (Maesta, Pyrgi, Olimpi) and the most beautiful beaches of the island can be reached by car within 15 minutes. The house is spacious, very clean and nicely furnished. And host Aggeliki is really the best host you can have making your stay from the very first minute until the last an unforgettable one. Thank you so much Aggeliki, you are the best ❤️
