This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, and private garden full of Mediterranean plants. An outstanding villa with stunning views. Ivana, Kety & their father were outstanding hosts, friendly, helpful and informative. We were lucky enough to be staying when it was their father’s birthday and were treated to the most delicious dinner of roast lamb, roast potatoes, salad, cheeses and the most gorgeous desserts and homemade red wine from their own produce. Ivana was always extremely helpful and helped us find car parks and book a boat trip. A great tip, is get an Uber into Dubrovnik Old Town, it was so much cheaper than parking and they take you right into the town. Highly recommend this beautiful Villa !

A fantastic apartment, spotlessly clean and very well equipped with everything we needed. Veselko was a great host, communication was excellent, a warm welcome and really helpful recommendations. There are a couple of small supermarkets and some good restaurants in Zaton, within walking distance of the villa. The hot tub and views over the bay are amazing. We had a car and enjoyed visiting Dubrovnik, Kotor and Mostar. All of these places are very accessible from Villa Tina. Would highly recommend staying at Villa Tina.

Our vacation at the villa was super pleasant and we were warmly welcomed. The property is very large and has pomegranate trees, apple trees, pear trees and the tree we ate the most from was the fig tree, with the most delicious figs ever. In addition, the whole property was very clean and you could immediately see that a lot of importance was attached to cleanliness and hygiene, which was very important to us with children. My children loved swimming and jumping in with the life jackets. Above all, the visit of cats that probably belonged to the neighbors, had our children very pleased. Also nearby was the sea (25-30 min) where we made an excursion and also grocery stores are easily accessible (5-10 min). The view was also mega, the whole thing has a landscape vibe as it is on top of the mountain. What also struck us positively were the insect screens on all windows and balcony door. All in all, very nice family vacation with 3 children.

We had a lovely stay at Villa Ani and would happily return once more. The Villa was in a great location, a little uphill from a couple of excellent restaurants. There were sweeping views across the mainland from the terrace. The Villa was spotlessly clean and very comfortable, well equipped with pretty much everything we could want. There was a great kitchen and the living area and outside space and pool were great. Margita and Jaksa were lovely host, quick to reply to messages and very helpful with suggestions and recommendations when asked. We would definitely recommend the villa to anyone considering a vacation on Brac.

What a brilliant spot. We took full advantage of everything this listing has to offer - morning swims in the Adriatic, a hot tub that was easy to use, kitchen we could cook in and patio we could lounge around. Would highly recommend to others and a great value for the ocean access, privacy and views.

The villa was amazing! We were 7 adults and 5 kids (2 toddlers and one baby) and everyone loved it. It was really good that everyone had their own bathroom. Ivana provided us with a baby strollers so we didn't need to take our own from Finland. She also replied our messages very quickly. The pool was amazing and kitchen supplies were perfect for big group.

We loved our stay at this property. The location was fantastic, in a small village a short drive from the larger town of Omis. The villa itself was beautiful, and wonderfully clean. The outside amenities including the pool and the spa were so lovely after a day's exploring. Marin met us on arrival, and showed us around the property which was very helpful and welcoming. The area was stunning, with so much variety and lots to see and do. We particularly enjoyed our Zipline experience in Omis, and horse riding at Scuderia Montana in nearby Dubrava. All in all, a fantastic stay, thank you!

We had a good time at the villa. It was really comfortable and we had everything that we needed. With the pool, jacuzzi and the sauna you can relax during the day and there is a table tennis too for playing outside. With the car you have 10-15min to omis and around 30min to split. The villa is a bit far from the cities, but the stay was definitely worth it. I recommend hiring a car accordingly.
