Monthly Rentals in Kolivata

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in one of the cottages. Our group of three (a couple and one adult) appreciated the spaciousness of the two adjoining apartments with separate entrances, which could accommodate up to nine people. This setup provided us with both flexibility and privacy. Evagelia was exceptionally responsive, communicating swiftly and accommodating our requests in both English and Greek. We were impressed by the cleanliness of the space. The location was ideal, with a 10-minute drive to Lefkada town, 30 minutes to Kathisma Beach, 45 minutes to Vasiliki, and 60 minutes to Porto Katsiki, making it a perfect starting point for our excursions. We will certainly return!

Good and quiet place for a single person or a couple.

We had the most relaxing and perfect week - the villa is peaceful and has stunning panoramic views. Spiros was so helpful in making recommendations and ensuring we settled in well. The setting is superb, the villa’s amenities are comprehensive and the pool a welcome refresher after long lunches in the sun appreciating the view and tranquility. We had hired a car and although the road is step and has many hairpin bends, we didn’t find it a problem. We also walked into Nikiana (30 mins leisurely walk) but used a taxi to get home to the villa. We couldn’t recommend staying here enough. A fabulous location, easy to reach from Preveza and to explore the beautiful island of Lefkada or to simply stop and rejuvenate at the peaceful and beautiful villa.

Wow! What an amazing place 😍. Definitely one of the best Airbnb’s I’ve ever stayed at. The house itself is very stylish, clean and is well equipped. There were water, wine, olive oil, spices and some basic breakfast items already waiting for us. The bed is comfy as well. The pool & the entire garden are just beautifully done. The host is super friendly & helpful. Communication was easy & professionell. In a nutshell >> 10/10! I can totally recommend this Airbnb & thanks for having us!
