House vacation rentals in Ko Yao District

overall place is good. Host is very cooperative, however when we enter the place there was dirty in pool which we were able to use the pool for 1st day and informed the host, he immediately reply on it but the cleaning was done next day, also we informed the motor of the pool was not working,she didn't response on it and we were not able to use pool. the place is far but it's very private so no noise coming from outside, it was 25km away from paton beach

My stay at this Airbnb was excellent. She was prompt with her feedback on taking my text messages and my phone calls. Her place was extremely clean. She made me feel so welcome in had a bunch of snacks upon my arrival.

it was a great place, a bit more private. close to Phuket old town, walked to market and loved the New Year celebrations!

We stayed with our two-year old son and everything from the villa itself to the location was perfect. You are close to everything, although we rented a car which we would definitely recommend, with plenty of restaurants nearby and a short drive to the old town. The villa itself is beautiful but retains a homely feeling. The pool is great but small note that it’s about 5ft deep so if you have young children they will need full supervision. We couldn’t recommend the villa or host enough and look forward to hopefully coming back in the future

The place was really beautiful, it was clean, well maintained and was located at the perfect location as it was really close to Ao Nang beach. The host Aree and Krisana were really welcoming and humble, they helped us with our bike rentals. Would love to visit this place again!

Amazing! Staying at this airbnb was the highlight of our one-month journey in Thailand. Egbert and Penny went above and beyond our expectations in terms of hospitality. We really found home away from home in this Little paradise. The place was beautiful, perfectly clean and modern, and we were amazed by the lovely attentions here and there from the host. The location was perfect, right next to a very calm beach with just enough attractions around. We enjoyed exploring the area and found plenty of great dining options nearby. Our favorite activities were our excursion to beautiful Coral Island very early from the aquarium for fabulous snorkeling before the arrival of the first tours, a one-day trip to Phuket Town, massages around the corner at Chill Chill massage, Watching the Sunset at Tarzan Café, etc. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. A hidden gem in Phuket. We cannot recommend Egbert and his property highly enough.

We had the most amazing stay at Sirin’s place! From the moment we arrived, Sirin was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the little touches that made it feel special. Sirin's local recommendations were spot-on and helped us experience the area in the best way possible. Her hospitality truly made our trip memorable, and we couldn’t have asked for a better host. Thank you, Sirin, for such a wonderful experience — we’ll definitely be back!

A lovely corner of the island but the house is right on the road and traffic is quite noisy all night. Definitely book a Seaview room for a quieter stay. beautiful location, beautiful island and sabai corner is fantastic value for money. we had a lovely stay, stayed in 2014 and would love to go back and stay again some day.

The place was as described. Also, the instructions on how to get there were extremely precise. We felt right at home and Fatina is a very friendly hostess. To the accommodation: Everything necessary is available. Clean. The house is a little to the back of the main road which is great, so it was quite quiet. Bed is comfortable. Surroundings: There are many restaurants and mini supermarket nearby. Fatina also offers tours and you can rent mopets and bicycles quite cheap. I felt very safe at all times. I would like to express my highest thanks again, which we had an accident during our stay and Fatina came directly to the KH to check on us. This shows me that her guests care about her and she cares. A thousand thanks 🫶 The return transport also worked perfectly. We wanted to go to the other island. Both Taci and the boat were ready at the specified time. My 100% recommended.

Warm friendly welcome from Natapat’s family who where always willing to help and advise. The bungalow was exactly as expected and described and suited our needs perfectly. There were plenty of places to eat and drink, all serving good Thai food. We were spoilt for choice! We would be more than happy to return to Koh Yao Noi and Makdaman

We had a wonderful time. Sao welcomed us very well and the accommodation is identical to the pleasant and comfortable photos. Beautiful green exterior. We could have stayed longer. One morning Sao dropped off bananas at the entrance of our home. Very nice attention. For the return of the keys Sao was very accommodating. We loved our stay at Sao's.

We had a great time. The Bungalow was very large and clean. The surroundings were quiet. Around there was everything we needed. The restaurant cooks very well and the motorcycle rental is totally unproblematic. We had an amazing time.

We had a great stay at Mah's place! Cant recommend it enough. Rented a scooter from her for our stay, made our trips to 7/11 and the nearby beaches a breeze to do. We just wished our stay would of been longer. So peaceful there VS Krabi or Phuket. We will be back for sure!

Excellent reclusive hideout in the Hills of Koh Yao Noi. Really idyllic if you’re looking to disconnect for a few days. The sunrises are incredible from the balcony and the island vibe as a whole is amazing. I will say that a scooter is a must and thankfully as pointed out that is a scooter rental booth at the bottom of the hill . Mr Don is very helpful and will picked me up at 7.30am for my boat.

The Marine house is incredibly charming, with an even more incredible view from the porch. It was tidy, and we were supplied with lots of water. Karin was very communicative, and helped set up boat tours and taxis, as well as transport to and from the island. It can get hot, but the bedrooms are air conditioned if you need a break. The location is amazing

after having spent 5 month travelling in Thailand in budget hotels we treated ourselves with this lovely property! best decision we made!! we had such a great stay. the house is very lovely and nicely decorated. we felt right at home! it's tranquil and peaceful.

They went above and beyond to make our trip wonderful. The house is hot without AC, but a great experience. I do recommend renting a motorbike to get around.

Amazing place, wish we could stay longer. Watching the sunset from the balcony is a must, buy some drinks to put in the fridge and enjoy, best sunset view on the island! Air con in two bedrooms worked great. The host gave excellent recommendations for local contacts for taxi and moto hire. One of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve ever had.

David really helped us in arranging the tour .the four island tour he arranged for us was beyond excellence . Really enjoyed our stay.

The place was perfect! In a quiet place but you can reach everything easily and within 10 minutes by scooter. The farm was great for relaxing and unwinding. Two sweet cuddly cats were also there. Beautiful flowers, plants and butterflies. The place was very cozy and spacious. We will be super happy to come back.
