House vacation rentals in Ko Yao District

overall place is good. Host is very cooperative, however when we enter the place there was dirty in pool which we were able to use the pool for 1st day and informed the host, he immediately reply on it but the cleaning was done next day, also we informed the motor of the pool was not working,she didn't response on it and we were not able to use pool. the place is far but it's very private so no noise coming from outside, it was 25km away from paton beach

My stay at this Airbnb was excellent. She was prompt with her feedback on taking my text messages and my phone calls. Her place was extremely clean. She made me feel so welcome in had a bunch of snacks upon my arrival.

it was a great place, a bit more private. close to Phuket old town, walked to market and loved the New Year celebrations!

We stayed with our two-year old son and everything from the villa itself to the location was perfect. You are close to everything, although we rented a car which we would definitely recommend, with plenty of restaurants nearby and a short drive to the old town. The villa itself is beautiful but retains a homely feeling. The pool is great but small note that it’s about 5ft deep so if you have young children they will need full supervision. We couldn’t recommend the villa or host enough and look forward to hopefully coming back in the future

The place was really beautiful, it was clean, well maintained and was located at the perfect location as it was really close to Ao Nang beach. The host Aree and Krisana were really welcoming and humble, they helped us with our bike rentals. Would love to visit this place again!

Amazing! Staying at this airbnb was the highlight of our one-month journey in Thailand. Egbert and Penny went above and beyond our expectations in terms of hospitality. We really found home away from home in this Little paradise. The place was beautiful, perfectly clean and modern, and we were amazed by the lovely attentions here and there from the host. The location was perfect, right next to a very calm beach with just enough attractions around. We enjoyed exploring the area and found plenty of great dining options nearby. Our favorite activities were our excursion to beautiful Coral Island very early from the aquarium for fabulous snorkeling before the arrival of the first tours, a one-day trip to Phuket Town, massages around the corner at Chill Chill massage, Watching the Sunset at Tarzan Café, etc. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. A hidden gem in Phuket. We cannot recommend Egbert and his property highly enough.

We had the most amazing stay at Sirin’s place! From the moment we arrived, Sirin was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the little touches that made it feel special. Sirin's local recommendations were spot-on and helped us experience the area in the best way possible. Her hospitality truly made our trip memorable, and we couldn’t have asked for a better host. Thank you, Sirin, for such a wonderful experience — we’ll definitely be back!

A lovely corner of the island but the house is right on the road and traffic is quite noisy all night. Definitely book a Seaview room for a quieter stay. beautiful location, beautiful island and sabai corner is fantastic value for money. we had a lovely stay, stayed in 2014 and would love to go back and stay again some day.

Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben. Auch war die Anleitung wie wir dort hingelangen konnten äußerst präzise. Wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt und Fatina ist eine sehr freundliche Gastgeberin. Zur Unterkunft: Alles nötige vorhanden. Sauber. Das Haus sitze etwas nach hinten von der Hauptstraße was toll ist, dadurch war es recht ruhig. Bett ist bequem. Umgebung: Es gibt viele Restaurants und Minisupermarket in der Nähe. Fatina bietet zudem Touren an und man kann recht günstig Mopets und Fahrräder mieten. Ich habe mich zur jeder Zeit sehr sicher gefühlt. Ich möchte nochmals mein aller höchsten Dank aussprechen, den wir hatten einen Unfall während unseren Aufenthalt und Fatina kam direkt ins KH um nach uns zu sehen. Dies zeigt mir, das ihr ihre Gäste am Herzen liegen und sie sich sorgt. Tausend Dank 🫶 Auch hat der Rücktransport einwandfrei geklappt. Wir wollten auf die andere Insel. Sowohl Taci als auch das Boot waren zur angegebenen Zeit bereit. Meine 100% Empfehlung.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce logement, qui est très bien situé et calme. Toutes les commodités (plage, restaurants, massages, laverie) sont à proximité immédiate.

Warm friendly welcome from Natapat’s family who where always willing to help and advise. The bungalow was exactly as expected and described and suited our needs perfectly. There were plenty of places to eat and drink, all serving good Thai food. We were spoilt for choice! We would be more than happy to return to Koh Yao Noi and Makdaman

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour. Sao nous a très bien accueillie et le logement est identique aux photos agréable et confortable. L’extérieur verdoyant magnifique. Nous aurions pu y rester plus longtemps. Un matin Sao a déposée des bananes à l’entrée de notre logement. Très sympathique attention. Pour le retour des clés Sao a été très arrangeante. Nous avons adorée notre séjour chez Sao.

We had a great time. The Bungalow was very large and clean. The surroundings were quiet. Around there was everything we needed. The restaurant cooks very well and the motorcycle rental is totally unproblematic. We had an amazing time.

We had a great stay at Mah's place! Cant recommend it enough. Rented a scooter from her for our stay, made our trips to 7/11 and the nearby beaches a breeze to do. We just wished our stay would of been longer. So peaceful there VS Krabi or Phuket. We will be back for sure!

Eine schöne Unterkunft in einer unglaublich tollen Lage. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse war unbezahlbar! Die Kommunikation mit Michael war sehr gut. Die Unterkunft war gut zu finden. Es hat nichts gefehlt. Kleiner Kritikpunkt wäre vielleicht der Kühlschrank, der einen sehr unangenehmen Geruch hat, und die Küche Utensilien waren etwas dreckig, wahrscheinlich noch vom Vorgänger. Ansonsten war aber alles sehr gut. Es wurde sogar jeden Tag gereinigt. Ich würde jederzeit wieder hier wohnen wenn ich auf dieser Insel bin! 👍

The Marine house is incredibly charming, with an even more incredible view from the porch. It was tidy, and we were supplied with lots of water. Karin was very communicative, and helped set up boat tours and taxis, as well as transport to and from the island. It can get hot, but the bedrooms are air conditioned if you need a break. The location is amazing

Waren sehr zufrieden. Biw und ihr Mann sind tolle Gastgeber und haben uns bei allem unterstützt, was wir brauchten. Die Unterkunft ist recht abgelegen, in 10 min Gehweite ist ein Strand mit Café und Restaurant. Ein kleiner Laden ist auch in 5 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Abgesehen davon braucht man Motorräder oder Fahrräder, um die Insel zu erkunden. Man kann bei Biw zwei Fahrräder und 3 Mottoräder mieten. Mit unseren 2 Kindern reichten uns die Fahrräder nicht, daher haben wir 2 Motorräder geliehen. Da sehr wenig Verkehr auf der Insel ist, kann man selbst als Motorrad Anfänger wie wir problemlos rumfahren. Als besonderes Highlight haben wir einmal morgens hinter dem Haus ein paar Affen gesehen. Es hat uns sehr gefallen und wir können einen Aufenthalt bei Biw nur empfehlen.

Es war traumhaft! Wir wurden vom Flughafen abgeholt und bis zum waterhouse gebracht. Wir wurden wahnsinnig toll unterstützt, sei es bei Rollermietung oder bei Ausflügen! Vielen Dank nochmals für alles!!!

Amazing place, wish we could stay longer. Watching the sunset from the balcony is a must, buy some drinks to put in the fridge and enjoy, best sunset view on the island! Air con in two bedrooms worked great. The host gave excellent recommendations for local contacts for taxi and moto hire. One of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve ever had.

David really helped us in arranging the tour .the four island tour he arranged for us was beyond excellence . Really enjoyed our stay.

Die Unterkunft war perfekt! An einem ruhigen Ort aber man erreicht alles leicht und innerhalb von 10 Minuten mit dem Roller. Die Farm war zum entspannen und abschalten super. Zwei süße verschmuste Katzen waren auch da. Wunderschöne Blumen, Pflanzen und Schmetterlinge. Die Unterkunft war sehr gemütlich und geräumig. Wir kommen super gerne wieder.
