Apartment vacation rentals in Ko Yao District

The stay at Miluna’s place was wonderful. I would certainly recommend this place to everybody who wants to come to Phuket and have a peaceful time. Right next to a 7/11, a market with fresh food and fruits, laundry, shop, scooter repair shops, petrol station etc. The famous Fitness/Muay Thai Soi is 5 to 10 minutes away where you have plenty of Gyms, Supplement Shops, Massage options with Sauna and cold plunge, healthy food etc. Old Phuket is also just 10 minutes away. This makes this location very comfortable and easy. The place itself was clean and described. The Internet is stable and you can work without problems. Yah (who takes care of the place) is a wonderful human being and always there to help with whatever you need even if you have questions aside from the apartment and need help/local guidance. Thank you for this fantastic stay and when I come back I would definitely like to come back here.

Great place to stay if you want to chill and rest. They have a great service, including breakfast to your room and the most comfortable bed you’ll ever sleep in!

The staff was perfect. The location and the room was clean and the host provided with ample items and service was superb.

We loved our room! We had our own little terrace. It is quite noisy so if you want a quieter place maybe look further out. The bed was amazing so comfy and massive!

Villa Felice is a dream villa! This is a single, lovely cozy apartment in a large, well-maintained host house. Expensive furniture, cool finishes, quality plumbing, quality plumbing, fully equipped kitchen. Everything you need, everything to the smallest detail has been thought through. Practically, convenient, comfortable. A chic large terrace with a huge number of plants and flowers. Host Kathrin is cute and friendly. The construction of the store nearby was not stressful! The whole of Ao Nang is a rough construction right now, but now there will be a cheap supermarket nearby. 5-10 minutes to the beaches by motorbike, transport is required. Definitely recommend the villa and want to come back here. Kathrin, thank you so much for your hospitality and for our comfortable stay!!!!

Ruddy’s place was absolutely amazing! The room comes with a million-dollar view, billion-dollar hospitality from Ruddy and every single staff member, and a fantastic location. The hospitality was exceptional, and we loved the spacious clean room! The photos posted don’t do justice to how beautiful the room is or how breathtaking the sea view truly is. Will definitely come back here the next time i go to cape panwa.

Great property with good views, locality, ease services like bike renting. ~30 mins away from Old Town so you get best of the both worlds of Phuket - Calm beach vibe from Cape Panwa and Old Town Attractions visits. Add on to it is the best host who is kind, friendly and responsive. Couldn't have asked for better Airbnb than this. Gonna book again when in Phuket for sure :)

It was really amazing, from the beginning Siyu was really helpful and ensure we have everything we needs. We went to Phuket to holiday but we love to stay in our apartment room! 7/11 and laundromat is really near, central phuket just 7 minutes away. They also have massage centre near the apartment. Definitely will come back for our 2nd visit. Thank you so much Siyu.

First time in Phi Phi. Was absolutely amazing! We were met at the pier by a gentleman who was able to load our luggage onto a push trolley (beneficial in 35 degree heat, especially back packs!!) upon arrival at reception, we were given a cold face towel to cool off and a cold bottle of water each. We had breakfast included which was lovely. Location was perfect as it is about a 5min walk to the centre yet far enough to be away from any noise at night. Accommodation had a rooftop pool which was amazing! We were given separate towels for pool/shower. Everything was perfect

This place was just beautiful. Perfect place to end my vacation in Thailand. It's everything as described. I could easily have spent much longer here, be sure to visit some of the delicious and scenic restaurants . I hired a car at Phuket Airport and so glad I did, as I had beautiful days by the pool and beach but with the freedom to move around and see all of Phuket. I hope to come back someday.

Awesome stay here! The ladies and all staff made the experience unforgettable. Booked us ferry back to Phuket, and booked us a private boat for the day. Very very kind and helpful. From the moment we arrived at the phi phi ferry terminal until we left. We were welcome and cared for. The photos are outstanding but honestly.... The place is even better in person. Orassa and Koki were amazing hosts! They helped us from through our stay! Would highly recommend if someone wants to stay near central phuket.

We came for a couple of nights and finally stayed 8 nights because we couldn’t leave this area and this apartment because it was so nice and cozy. and we love it. definitely will visit it again.

Great location. 2-5 mins walk to the beach & 20mins drive to the bar strip in Ao Nang. The apartment itself is large, spacious, clean, light and airy - really fabulous indeed. The major downside during our stay was that the relaxation we'd anticipated, was tainted by the ongoing construction of apartments. It was constantly noisy with drilling, banging, hammering every day from around half 8/9am through to half 5/6pm every day. Ohh eventually offered, as a recompense, a free airport transfer and upgrade to one of her larger, ocean facing private pool villas which was awesome however, frustrating that this was only for our remaining 2 days here. Great restaurants: Rimlay directly across the road (consistently delicious food!) and The Beach Bar had a lovely English breakfast. The White Orchid Bike Rentals is fantastic! Excellent and friendly service with a good selection and availability of scooters. We highly recommend.

This was a lovely place with plenty of room for our five guests. The kids particularly loved the balcony pool and we enjoyed the views. It's off the beaten path so not for those who want to be in the heart of the action but for those like us that want a quiet and private retreat it was ideal.

Very chill and full of all of the necessary things. 😌
