Vacation rentals with a pool in Ko Tao

Such a beautiful house, absolutely loved our stay. Just be sure to be confident in your motorbike skills to get up/down the hills :))

We stayed with Chris as a group of friends for a week at the Tao House. The house has been stunningly beautiful and definitely the most beautiful place to stay of our Thailand trip. The open living concept is unique and gives you a great feeling. Chris as a host is very helpful and was always available for questions and also gave you super many tips for restaurants and activities. We felt very comfortable and definitely want to come back. Mr Lin is very keen to do his best. The scooter was booked through the accommodation without any problems and Mr Lin was always easy to reach. If there were any problems (hordes of ants because of the rubbish bin) there was an immediate solution. A scooter is absolutely necessary here.

Our only regret is not staying longer! We highly recommend this place that has a great view. Our host welcomed us when we arrived to give us some recommendations, everything is planned for the stay to go smoothly: notebook with all the useful numbers, scooter rental, meal delivery, daily cleaning,... The location is ideally located, close to beaches, restaurants, amenities, yoga classes,...you can go out with your eyes closed Thank you for everything!

fast, easy and pleasant communication with Fiona and Coral. The girls who look after the rooms during the day are super sweet. It is a steep hill down from the main road, and many stairs after taxi. We did not rent scooters, but walked to and from Sairee beach every day, about 15 minutes. when it is dark, taxi is recommended. We had Mr Bear taxi on Whats App, and one of his cars was there within minutes of a message; no matter where on the island we were. As the apartment is a little outside Sairee, we chose to order food to the room a few evenings. The food came faster than if we had been to a restaurant, and this was just by sending the restaurant a message on messenger. They delivered to the door. The terrasse and pool on the roof are shared between 3 apartments. we were there for a week and used the pool every day, and did not meet any other guests. feels really private. with a fantastic view of the sunset. The bed had the best bedding we have ever tried.

Nothing negative to say, View was great, location was private but you could still walk to the pier if you are in good shape. I even enjoyed the 70 steps to get to the villa. Host was very responsive. Two minor issues during the 3 months that were taken care of within the day. The place was cleaned spotless once a week. The neighbors were quiet and kept to themselves. Bed was comfortable. It took a few days to get comfortable riding the motorbike up the steep hill, but it was worth the view once I got to the top. Air conditioner and WIFI, worked flawlessly which were my two biggest concerns. If you are not willing to rent a Motorbike(200 baht/day or 4-5000 baht/month), this place probably is not for you, otherwise everywhere on the island is a 3-7 minute drive. It is also a 5 minute walk down the hill and through a field to an outdoor sports facility with paddleball courts and other venues...I did not use this facility, but I thought it was a nice addition.

Really loved staying at Philips Villa! We enjoyed the beautiful Airbnb and Ko Tao! The host was super friendly, very responsive and even organized our transfer from the pier to the airbnb and back. The house was cleaned every other day and we got fresh towels as well as the contact of a local to organize taxis or receive recommendations for restaurants etc … Although there were no supermarkets in close proximity, we could easily order breakfast, dinner, and snacks from surrounding hotels/ restaurants right to our villa. Loved it! Thanks for the great stay! 10/10 recommend!
