House vacation rentals in Ko Tao

The place was amazing, better than the photos with a great view of the bay. Its part of a three villa complex situated within its own well maintained area with a gatehouse at the entrance etc and as such feels almost like a 5* boutique hotel. The host Paki was excellent. Always responsive on whats app etc. What was also top notch was the little service additions: Fully stocked fridge (drinks, bread, eggs, milk etc) replenshished daily. Ability to order food in directly from host who will arrange with restaurants. daily cleans, Free snokels and beach towels... Only small negative was that it is a bit out of the way on the south of island and the hill just before the villa is super steep - defintiely need a scotter!

The Montra Resort is a very comfortable, well-priced hotel. The rooms are huge and the double king-sized beds are vast! We were made very welcome and the staff loaded us and our bags onto the complimentary taxi/pick-up to the ferry pier - a short distance away. There is a very relaxing-looking pool, central within the complex. We did not dine at the hotel but there are ample quality restaurants within short walking distance. We would particularly recommend the cafe/ice-cream bar "This is a book!" with a very welcoming hostess.

Loved our stay here! Lots of positives to note, and hardly anything negative to say. Location was perfect for us. It’s on the quieter side of the island over some steep hills. Not many people even venture over this way! Makes it lovely and peaceful. And it’s only a 5 minute walk to one of the quietest beaches on the island. The room itself was great. Really cool design with a huge outdoor space to chill. Few different seating options too (like hammocks etc) which is nice. The cats that live there are top tier, rare cats. Actually the most docile, nicest cats I’ve ever met. They completely made the stay! The staff taking care of the place are all nice, friendly and readily available too. Only con for us really was the bathroom doors. I think if the door connecting the one bedroom and bathroom just wasn’t there (only need the one outside) it would be perfect! The slats in the doors make it quite uncomfortable. Overall, would highly recommend!

We had a fantastic stay here. The villa is amazing. The staff were incredibly helpful assisting us with our check out schedule and taxi during a storm. very happy.

Wow! The villa is lovely and comes with everything you could possibly need! It’s very close to the popular town of sairee which is walkable or via moped. You need a moped to get up to the hill to the villa but once there the stay was amazing! Marie was always responsive and had lovely staff who constantly checked in on us. Definitely a great place to finish our southern thailand tour. Thank you again Marie🤍

We stayed here with our four children aged 9 to 14 and absolutely loved our stay. The villa is spacious and spotlessly clean and has everything you could possibly need. The bedrooms have excellent air conditioning and the roof terrace is a real bonus space to relax. The location of the villa is within walking distance to Sairee, which is a lively beach resort (plenty of restaurants, cafes and shops) and has a stunning beach. Coral and her colleagues were incredibly communicative and responsive and willing to help us with any questions. We used the taxi firm recommended by them to visit some of the other beaches around the island, which we totally recommend. We loved Ao Leuk and Sai Daeng for child friendly snorkelling. We would definitely stay at Aloe Villa again.

We were warmly welcomed We loved our stay the apartment was very nice we enjoyed being on the mountain with the splendid view with the small pool on the terrace really a beautiful little paradise, we loved the island of kho tao really one of the most beautiful islands we have made. Because we did a month in Thailand really don't miss the island of kho tao . And the apartment was really great. There was nothing missing.

Such a lovely place! The views from the terrace are amazing and we found ourselves just wanting to relax there a lot of the time! Franzi met us at the villa and helped organize a scooter for us (which you do need if you are staying here in my opinion)! She was super helpful and responsive to anything we needed. The terrace space is bigger than it looks on the pictures and the sunsets are incredible! The walk to the main road is quite hard especially on the way up which is another reason for a scooter! Would recommend to anyone wanting a nice relaxing stay in Koh Tao!

The place is impeccable. Very clean and well maintained. The sea view is impressive. Peaceful and quiet place in the middle of nature.

The best host I have encountered! Very quick to reply and helped with situations like recommendations and taxi rides!! Genuinely cannot stress how quickly he responds and is available to help!!
