Monthly Rentals in Knock

After being stranded at knock airport after storm Darragh we had to find somewhere to stay over night. Joanne and Cathal were extremely helpful! Taking us in at very short notice. The place was lovely and warm and we had the best night sleep here for a long time. Cathal even run down to the shop for us to get us some supplies. Thank you!!

Jennifer and Danny are lovely! And their charming spot was just what I needed. A lovely, peaceful place where I could unwind and relax after galavanting around Ireland and learning to drive on the opposite side of the road on very dark, narrow Irish roads. The story of how they came to build The Golden Egg is also fascinating. I would stay there again in a heartbeat! And it's because of their guidebook that I ended up at Moore Hall, which was one of my favorite places on my trip. Highly, highly recommend their lovely spot!

I had a wonderful stay in the Writers cabin. Roisin was very flexible about check and have very clear instructions. The cabin is just as described with a well stocked kitchen, very cosy with good heating. There are lots of great walks around and for the more adventurous Croagh Patrick pilgrim walk start is only 1.5 hrs away. There is a small supermarket just a short walk away at the petrol station and it is only 5km into Westport. Very quiet and great for writing. Thank you Roisin for a great stay.
