Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Knik-Fairview

We recently stayed a few nights in Anchorage to visit our daughter and overall had a pleasant experience. The king bed was incredibly comfortable, which was a definite highlight for us! The bathroom was clean and functional, making our stay enjoyable. We did notice that the kitchen could have been more user-friendly with a few additional items like extra trash bags, aluminum foil for baking, Ziploc bags, spray oil, kitchen towels, and ice cube trays. It would have made meal prep and clean-up much easier. The washer and dryer were a nice convenience, although the dryer did keep turning off after about 10 minutes, which was a bit inconvenient. On the plus side, the neighborhood was very quiet, and we loved watching people walk their dogs and taking in the beautiful mountain views from the front window. we are happy to say that our needs were met. Thanks for a lovely stay!

I was a little worried about coming in at night looking for an ally but it wasn’t hard to find. Not a lot of parking area but was fine with a Jeep. Felt very at home with the decor!

Sandra is a great host. She has created a quiet, comfortable, unique space for one or two people.The choices of how she arranged the space, inclusion of a full kitchen, high quality washer & dryer, very comfortable bed and a roomy bathroom with a full tub and shower makes this a great place to stay. Everything was clean, new-ish, and in excellent working order. Anchorage is a tough place to find affordable places to stay. This was not the least expensive, but definitely the very best value out of the many places where I have stayed. Sandra has a simple, single page of instructions /rules, which are totally reasonable and very accommodating. This was a most pleasant experience, unlike some places where the rules go on & on. You must see it to understand the unusual & clever way Sandra has used this space to create a great place to stay. I felt very safe here & had a great sleep at night. I was able to cook for myself and do my laundry.The WiFi works well!

Great place to stay for my work trip. I enjoyed that it was a short distance to downtown, stores, and the coastal trail.

I had a wonderful stay at Karl’s place! He was an incredibly responsive and thoughtful host, always quick to reply to my messages and offer helpful recommendations. The house itself was spotless and very well-maintained – it felt like home the moment I walked in. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything I needed, making it easy to cook and feel comfortable during my stay. I highly recommend staying here – Karl’s hospitality and the quality of the space exceeded my expectations!

Very clean and well furnished. She even provided bath soap, shampoo and q tips. Also she had milk and bakery goods for me in the refrigerator.

2nd stay here, Nikki is very nice and let us check in early for our flight home got cancelled due to weather. Very clean, comfortable space that's within walking distance to Bingo!

In hospitality, the goal is always "a home away from home" - Teresa's place actually met that goal. Her home was everything we wanted and more. Our biggest regret was not staying here the whole time (we stayed in Girdwood 2 days). Heated garage, heated floors, well stocked kitchen, comfortable bed, smart TV, yoga mats, blocks and even a foam roller (we definitely used this after dog sledding!) Definitely will stay here next time we are in Anchorage. She was amazingly responsive and easily one of the best communication I've ever received from an AirBnB host. HIGHLY recommend! This is a true 5 star experience.

This was home was beyond comfortable and amazing. The kids enjoyed it and I felt right at home, probably even more so than when I am at home. Everything was perfect, to every detail.

Kris had the courtesy to host us on the Christmas night, and gives us a warm welcome and a walkthrough of the place! We had a blast here. The place is 5-10min away from walking trail, and 15 min from downtown. Very convenient to tour around. The place itself is spacious and cleans The fireplace is absolutely a plus. Our family had a great stay at Ken's place! He was a very attentive host. With a son in the Air Force, this was our first Christmas together in several years and Ken provided us with a Christmas tree. The house has everything we needed; well stocked kitchen, two large bathrooms, and plenty of living space to spread out. The house feels nicely lived in with books, games, and toys appropriate for adults and children. We spent many nights playing board games at the large dining table. The location is a quiet neighborhood with great mountain views and close to everything; town, shopping, main roads. We even got a lucky view of the Northern Lights from the back porch! I would love to come back in the summer to relax on the deck, look at the mountains, cook on the grill, and watch for animals. Thanks for a wonderful stay Ken!

This was the perfect location for traveling throughout the MatSu valley. Jason’s place provided a private retreat and a place to unwind. I appreciated the space outside as well to hang out in the backyard.

The Airbnb was in a great central location for our requirements. The house was clean, roomy, comfortable beds with a great view.

Cute place for a single person or couple, located in a nice and quiet neighborhood. It's a little out of the way from the hustle and bustle, so good for a private and relaxed setting. Sabrieta was timely in her responses, and very friendly. She was understanding of travel delays and detailed in her instructions. Great stay, cute spot, and cozy!

Such a great place! A quick walk to downtown and also conveniently located for any day trips out of Anchorage. Fast internet for working remotely. Quiet neighborhood with plenty of parking. Would highly recommend!

Grace was very accommodating. Her space was nicely decorated and clean, well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, loved her cook books, easy access Netflix movies, wonderful location to the heart of town and all the activities, many restaurants in close proximity to the condo. The elevator was a plus. We would recommend and will stay again.

The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I loved the large windows that let in so much natural light and offered a great view of the city. The location was unbeatable—close to great restaurants, shops, and public transportation. The host was very responsive and provided detailed instructions for check-in, which made the process seamless. It truly felt like a home away from home. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and will definitely book again on my next trip.

We were amazed by the beautiful home we arrived to, everything very tidy and spacious. Steph left us some very rich homemade cookies that were an excellent accompaniment with the coffee. The hostess was always very attentive to our queries. There was everything you could possibly need.

Carolyn's place in downtown anchorage is fantastic. It is new, clean, had all the accommodations we needed, and is in walking distance to all the downtown stuff. A great base camp for day trips out of the city. We visited in the winter (January) so parking our car in the garage was a big plus. We saw the northern lights, so check that off the bucket list. We will definitely stay here again next trip to Anchorage.
