Condo vacation rentals in Kitty Hawk

Location, location, location! Right on the beach and walking distance or short drive to great restaurants and a brewery. Great views from the balcony. The condo was nicely decorated and very clean. Catherine brought this place to life! We would definitely return!

Well, this place definitely exceeded our expectations. The view of the sound side during sunset was amazing. They were so Mandy and Drew were so easy to communicate with and were extremely fast on the responses. Recommendations for taverns and local eateries were spot on, and my wife and I definitely enjoyed celebrating our honeymoon there. We are hoping to go back again soon. Definitely a top five place for us.

Sara’s place made us feel right at home! It was right in the heart of everything so there was local restaurants, ice cream shops, shopping, and the beach all right there within walking distance! It was quiet, comfortable, and Sara was great with sending up messages with local recommendations. OBX is our home away from home and we’re so happy we got the chance to stay at this Airbnb with amazing views of the ocean one way and gorgeous sunsets the opposite direction, so no matter which way you looked out of the Airbnb it was beautiful 🩷

The simplicity of this apartment space worked well for our needs. We brought our instant pot and and planned our meals ahead to make the lack of a full kitchen a non-issue. The staff were wonderfully responsive and we loved how easy it was to get to the beach and the pool. Swimming in the color changing lights of the pool after dark was a favorite activity for the whole family.

We had a wonderful time staying at this rental. Patrick was extremely responsive. the rental was even bigger than the pictures make it look and we had no problems with space. The unit was clean and had all the amenities we needed. To go along with everything else the unit is perfect distance to the beach. would absolutely recommend this property.

Chanel’s condo is conveniently nestled off the main roads so don’t expect to hear the traffic of KDH. The parking situation is perfect! Plenty of room for a three row suv and car. The space is very well lit with natural light. Our stay was only for the night so I didn’t snoop around the kitchen but so much but I what I did see was SPOTLESS! VERY VERY clean and the bathrooms are stocked so that’s really nice of the host to have. If you’re looking for something off the main road and very cozy look no further!

We had a fantastic time! The space was everything we could have asked for and more! Brook was a superb host and extremely accommodating. We would definitely stay here again 🥰🌊

Enjoyed our stay! Will come back if we are back in the area. Location was great and the burger bar next door was great! Hosts were very accommodating on late check out since no one was checking in after us. Stayed with a dog and there was a great area to play fetch.

Katy was very responsive with communication and messaged us after we arrived to ensure all was satisfactory. The home was clean and well supplied. We found plenty of places to visit and restaurants nearby in spite of being there in the off season. Overall, a great experience and would recommend Katy's rental home.

This was my very first time reserving one of these! It was awesome… we just didn’t stay long enough due to the weather we had to go back home! We will be booking again REALLY SOON for a longer stay!

Our stay was wonderful! We were steps away from the beach and were provided a wagon to haul the chairs, umbrellas and cooler to the beach. Everything was clean and looked exactly like the photos. Great location to get to the wild horse tour and many restaurants within a 30 minute drive. Lynn always responded immediately with clear directions. Thank you

Cozy, clean, and clutter free condo. Well equipped kitchen and comfortable furnishings. Quiet location on the ocean with a pool. Close to art galleries, Wright Brothers National Memorial and Jockey’s Ridge State Park.

This was our first airbnb rental, and we absolutely loved it. Debbie’s place was spotless, and was a perfect home away from home for us for the week. Debbie was responsive anytime we messaged her, and provided great restaurant recommendations for the area. The master bedroom felt like a getaway in itself, with a private bathroom and entry to the deck. The pool was clean, and had plenty of seating. It was large enough that it never felt crowded. The beds were comfortable and clean, each room had plenty of storage and closet space. Plenty of room for the family of 6 adults that we had. Plenty of parking and others in the community were very friendly.

This location is very nice. We enjoyed the serenity. We stayed during an off-season. There was only one other guest in the entire community. If you want to relax and refresh with some peace and quiet, this is the place to do it.

We enjoyed the safe, quiet neighborhood. Also the pool was clean w plenty of chairs. People were friendly and welcoming.

Martin was a super responsive host. Anything we needed he was there to help. The place was gorgeous and in a really nice location. The unit was right next to the pool and tucked away from the main road. The pool was nice and it wasn't too crowded when we went. If you look really close you can see the ocean from the private balcony. Parking wasn't an issue for us. The beds were really comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed for our 3 day stay. Would 100% recommend staying here if you don't want to be right on the beach but close enough that it takes 3 minutes to drive the the beach access. Overall, this was the perfect place for our girls trip.

We had a great stay at Heidi’s place! She was very accommodating and promptly responded to our messages. Beautiful condo, close to Sound and Beach, with an awesome record player. We also enjoyed pickleball at the community courts. Highly recommend!

Just got back home & wishing we could have stayed longer!! This unit was a great location. Not only oceanfront but first floor 👌 Our daughter loved having the pool right there and were just a few steps from the beautiful beach. We are already thinking ahead for next summer and can't wait to book this unit with George again!
