House vacation rentals in Kita Ward

I was pleasantly surprised to get to the house at this price!I definitely have to review it.It is safe, it is not a homestay area at all, the whole community is local, so it is very reassuring!And the house is so cozy, nice and very, very quiet!I am a very poorly slept quality person, thank you for giving me a very good sleep, this is very helpful for my tourism, basically no sound, there is also a blackout door outside the balcony, it is also very safe and black out, this is very detail.The service was the first time I saw it, even though the bike was not riding the host's preparation this time.Go to the subway station for about ten minutes, if you take a bicycle for 4 minutes, there are many bicycle parking places near the subway station, this time I want to feel like walking, I will definitely take a bicycle city walk next time.The only problem is that the whole neighborhood is around, of course I solved it perfectly with google map.Thank you for being a host, I'll definitely come back again!

We were traveling by car. We wanted to be close to Kansai Airport. We wanted to go and play with Wakayama for a day. This house is super large, just in time for a new air conditioner, the host took an electric stove to solve the problem of heating, the host is very polite, if it is a people to travel and need a large space, this is a great choice.

The accommodation is tidy, easy to travel on your own, and the car space is large enough.

It was a wonderful place to stay as we wanted to stay away from downtown area, and easy to drive to Nara, and other parts of Osaka. This location have been a great first stop for us to do just that!

Will is an excellent host and we feel better than staying at our own home. He is helpful and friendly too. Recommended to family who drives at their trip.

our time in Osaka was absolutely amazing thanks to Aoki's comfy place to come home to everyday. There were plenty of interesting places to walk to near the area as well even when we didn't feel like taking a train to further areas. There is a halal grocery store a few minutes away and a halal restaurant about 15 minutes walk from the house. Aoki was also very responsive and superbly hospitable. Highly recommended for anyone's trip to Osaka!

we really enjoyed our stay with you. the only downside (which probably was on our side for not reading the post correctly) was that there was more stairs than we expected and they are quite steep. knowing that we still would book again

Very clean place that is full of high tech home appliances and amenities. It’s exactly as described and fully stocked with everything we could possibly need during our trip in Osaka. Highly recommended:

one of the best bnb houses ive been to. i am a frequent tourist of japan and i have been to different bnb houses in osaka and this one is the best for me. so spacious. this is big for a bnb house especially in japan. the price is so worth it. They have all the amenities i needed. It is like you are in a hotel because they provide toilettries, towels, extra shampoos etc. I LOVE THAT THEY HAVE IRON FOR CLOTHES. it is the first time that a bnb house provided iron for clothes. the location is so near the train station, near convenience stores, near restaurants. the area is so peaceful. the hosts responds so fast. everything is perfect. will definitely go back and rent this place again in the future.

This place is the best you can find in Tamade area, the host is so thoughtful and prepared everything for us. This place is large and tidy, so comfy and feel like home. Don’t hesitate to reserve this place, it’s really a great deal!

A perfect starting point to my stay in Osaka. Banri's place is located just south of downtown in a peaceful residential area full of great shops and restaurants. The place itself is pristine and beautifully decorated. The loft, bedroom area on the top floor was very comfortable and always warm. Spread over 3 floors it made the place feel big and allowed for privacy if you are traveling with others. Banri provided everything we could possibly need already there. When arriving, he met me at the place, showed me around and how to use everything, spent time sharing the best local places to eat and shop, and took his time to share a bit about the history of the area and Osaka. It is a quick 3 minute walk to the Y line and about 7 minutes to the M line giving easy access to explore all of Osaka. There are a number of great small coffee shops and restaurants in walking distance along with great supermarkets and Lawson's or Familymart. I wish I could share more, if its available BOOK!!!

I really loved this place! Extremely comfortable older Japanese apartment, I absolutely loved the decor and location was great, just a short walk to Umeda and the closest stations. We also appreciated the music playing when we checked in, some evenings we'd pick out a random CD and listen to it while we relaxed after a long day. I personally found the place to be very relaxing and did say several times to my friends that I'd love to live in a place like this. Awesome place, awesome location, plenty of room to relax, cannot reccomend this place more!

It was very fun to stay at Akari’s place. We came in December so it is a little cold outside. We couldn’t get the 2nd floor air conditioning working so it was a little chilly going to bed, but it was a good and fun experience overall.

We were a family of 11 + 1 baby, and everything was perfect at the Airbnb! Jessica was extremely responsive and helpful - and the amenities within the apartment were beyond our expectations. There were additional charging wires provided for all rooms, stroller for use, ample number of towels for all and best of all - the apartment is extremely clean!!
