This place is very nice, so clean and very well decorated. The house is strategically located. Very near to train station, Lawson, family mart & 7 Eleven. The host are very friendly and respond to message very fast. Overall, very nice place to stay and we really enjoyed our stay 😁

The landlord is very friendly, the people are very nice. The room is very tidy and clean. The bed is very comfortable to sleep on.Convenient to get around, next to Kuromon Market, quiet, 5 minutes walk to subway station, about 10 minutes to Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi.

The apartment worked great for us - a family of 4. It was clean, the instructions were clear and the communication with the host was easy. It's located within a pedestrian market and 5 minutes walk from a metro station. Despite its location it is quiet. There are many restuarants, cafes and supermarkets around. It's easy to commute to different parts of Osaka. The only thing is the apartment is a little small and it has no windows.

We enjoyed our stay here. Tight and cozy but great location with lots of restaurants nearby. Washer and dryer available with a laundromat down the street for faster turnaround. The host was very quick and responsive. No elevator to second floor room but not too bad to haul luggage up.

In the relatively old area of Nishinari, there are many bicycles, and you have to be careful when driving. If you provide a Map code, it will be easier to find. There are parking spaces. If you have a large vehicle, be careful as the parking spaces are tight. There are 4 rooms, all with double beds. The bedding and sheets are comfortable. There is a room with a softer floor mat. Slippers, toothbrushes and towels are provided.Kitchenware has only one frying pan and a rice cooker, and the rice cooker and microwave are equipped with dishes. Watch out for the sound insulation at night, the TV doesn't have an antenna to receive any channels to watch, you need to have your own Netflix or YouTube account to have entertainment. If there are elderly people, please note that three rooms are on the 3rd floor and there are multiple stairs. Overall, it's ideal.

If you are traveling to Osaka in a large group and looking for a place to stay, this one is the place to be. You will be impressed by its ample space, cleanliness and convenience. The only issue with this place is that none of the bedrooms has been equipped with curtains, so I find it difficult to rest after the sunrise.

Finding the place was ok I passed the road at first, there is a huge parking driveway but narrow roads to get to the home. I rented a 7 passenger van and was able to drive to the house with a spotter. Once we got there it was super easy to get in. Host was very helpful and responded quickly. There were bikes we were able to use and a baby stroller. There is a laundry machine with soap provided. The bathrooms had amenities. There were plenty of dishes. There is a button on the wall to turn on the hot water. There is a bathroom on the bottom floor and 2nd. Overall this was a super great experience especially for the price!

We enjoyed staying at Yumi’s place. The place is nice and spacious. Comfy beds and clean bathrooms. Near stations and Don Quijote. Definitely worth every penny. We’ll sure come back.

This stay in Osaka is good, the house is large with three rooms, all about 1.5m double bed.There are three floors in total, the room is on the 3rd floor, the dining room living room bathroom on the second floor, and one room and toilet on the first floor.We stayed for three people, two toilets were well stocked, the heater and faucet in the bathroom were good, and the bath was comfortable.I am a comparative pillow-pick person, and the pillows for their home beds are also quite comfortable.The location is very quiet, about five or six minutes to Tennoji Station, there is a 711 nearby, there is also a lot of places to eat, recommended ~

It was the place I chose while looking for several places for a large family of 9 to stay, but the conclusion was the best. It was a short distance that could be reached on foot from the subway station, and there was a large grocery store nearby, so it was very good for buying food. The room was in the same condition as the photos, and the bedding and interior were so clean and nice. The shower room with high water pressure and hot water, and the washing machine and dryer that can be used for simple laundry were also of great help to our family. I also used the Dyson dryer in front of the bathroom on the 1st and 2nd floors very well!! I'll use it again if I get a chance later! Thank you for a great place to stay!!

We had a superb time staying at this wonderful home in Osaka! The location is excellent—just a 15-minute walk to Namba and conveniently close to both the JR line and local metro, which made getting around super easy. The house itself is spacious and very comfortable, with four bedrooms, three restrooms, and three showers—perfect for a group or family. It was spotlessly clean and incredibly well equipped with everything we needed and more. We also really enjoyed the nearby local restaurants—there are some fantastic spots just a short walk away. The host was amazing: super helpful, flexible, and went above and beyond to assist us, including recommending and even helping book local restaurants. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Osaka

Great experience, I would recommend it to all tourists traveling to Osaka, if there are a lot of people, this place is really suitable.The host is very welcoming. It was really cozy to see a table of snacks, fruits, and drinks when we arrived at night.Convenient location, whether it's sightseeing or shopping, Tsutenkaku, Namba are all within walking distance, and the airport is directly accessible by Nankai Express.

The bedroom features traditional tatami flooring, accommodating two spacious futons neatly arranged on the mat. A sliding door leads to the living area, where a dining table and chairs are visible through the open entrance.

The description is as true as it is, fully furnished and tidy. The environment is peaceful, about 7 minutes from the MRT, which I think is okay. CP is extremely high! Good!
