Amazing place - super easy check-in, really impressed with how clean (spotless!) the place was, definitely one of the nicest places we have stayed. Unfortunately, the weather wasn’t on our side (Storm Darragh) which meant we were trapped inside for the majority of our weekend and didn’t get chance to see Huggate or visit the local pub, Wolds Inn. Of course, this is nothing against the place it was just bad luck, but we will certainly be booking again in future where hopefully we can experience the beauty of Huggate in all its glory! Fabulous place to stay. Spotlessly clean and in a lovely location. Ideal for our needs as we were visiting family nearby. Nice pub, The Trout, a ten minute walk away for good ale and nice food. Sally and Steve were the perfect hosts. Friendly and easy to communicate with. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Amazing break away. Peaceful setting, stunning views. A great place to switch off and relax. Nick was a great host from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble. Definitely recommend the breakfast box.

Great stay and well, well worth the money. Outside space beautiful, private and quirky. A lot of effort has clearly went into creating the space as it is. Probably the biggest hot tub we have been in and the little side room with view of goats, chickens and plenty more was a lovely add on to keep the little one amused! 5 minute drive from the beach but turn left out of the drive and it feels like you are in the middle of nowhere for your walks. Bliss, will return.

Cindy was proactive with communication from the beginning, calling to offer a free upgrade to the onsite Lodge as she was worried about October temperatures overnight in the Yurt. The Lodge was just as private and fenced in which meant the dog could run around freely. The lodge was warm and had has all you need for your stay. Hot tub was ready and waiting for us, don’t make my mistake and turn it off over night though as it takes some time to warm up. Nothing was too much of Cindy who lives on site and is always on the end of the phone. It was just a perfect weekend away from any tech and just perfectly peaceful. We shall be back

A lovely, spacious cottage in a quiet and peaceful. relaxing location. A good base to explore from. The cottage is well equipped, spacious, clean and traditional in looks. The gardens are beautiful and a very relaxing place to be. Abundant wildlife and so away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Easy place to explore from, shame there is no local pub or restaurant and shops are a car journey away but it doesn't take away from the beauty of the place. The cottage provides a haven of peace and tranquility and yet is close to touristy places and the sea. Great if you like simple pleasures, walking and nature and need space to relax and chill. Ideal for people with dogs or children as the garden is enclosed and huge. Plenty of toys for the kids and space to run around.

Perfect location, great host and very helpful

We really enjoyed our stay, so close to the stunning sandy beaches. Little old, but I prefer that when taking the dogs. Loved that it was quiet enough to have rabbit 🐇 families eating on the large grassed areas. Plenty of parking, and large maps to help navigate. Will be going again soon, although it was booked for our next break so be quick xx

This cottage is one of the best Airbnb homes that I have stayed in. It is situated within 10 minutes of the coast. Stephen and Linda are great hosts, they are there if you need them for any reason. The cottage itself is very clean, comfortable and has every thing that you may need.

We enjoyed a lovely stay at Swallows Nest. John and Katy were the perfect hosts and the the welcome pack was a lovely touch. The accommodation is extremely well equipped and the beds very comfortable with beautiful bedding. The beautiful town of Beverley is definitely worth a visit and there is no shortage of places to eat and drink. Thank you once again John and Katy.

Absolutely fantastic everything you need was there. Can't wait to go again for a night away.

Lovely place. Very cosy. Car parked right outside the property.. Short distance from the town centre. Made very Christmassy. It’s a pity it’s up for sale as would definitely go again x

We loved our lodge at Wolds Edge. It was quiet - so no worrying like you do in hotels where you have noisy neighbours. We didn't hear a peep. Watching the wildlife from the windows, the birds, and visits from the chickens was a highlight for us. They really made us laugh in the mornings, poking around and having a look in our front window to see if any treats were coming. But must mention the beds were really comfortable. So often we find places look lovely in the pictures, but our backs are broken by the end of the stay. But not here - in fact some ongoing back issues were improved by the comfort of the beds. It was close to York for seeing our daughter at the University. But we had a lovely time visiting Pocklington and Beverley and made a start on our Christmas Shopping which felt like a win. Must visit Whisk in Pocklington for the best breakfast I will ever have. We have rebooked to return to this lovely place. Special thanks to Ste for being so welcoming on arrival. Thank you

Willow Cottage was a perfect location for our weekend trip for a family celebration nearby. Joy helped swiftly when I needed assistance! The cottage was clean ,cosy and had more than enough kitchen equipment. The welcome chocolate and wine were greatly appreciated 😊 Next time we visit family we will hopefully be able to book again. 15 minute drive to the auditorium where we were working for the week. Comfy bed, good shower, plenty of parking. 4 double beds, 4 sets of keys so we could come and go as we please. No complaints from us. Great everything. Thanks very much.

Great place for the money Maybe a little tired but clean, warm and welcoming. Bed very comfortable. Hosts very friendly and great communication Location is close to bars and restaurants but we found it very quiet where we were staying. Parking outside if your lucky but theres a amall car park opposite. Overall a good stay

I stayed here for 10 weeks while working temporarily in Hull - it was perfect! The flat was cosy, quiet, safe, and very convenient for walking around Beverley and for getting to shops, the railway station, the bus station etc. Parking was around the corner at the ASDA carpark, which was also very safe and convenient - about a ten minute walk away and there was also some on-street parking near the flat which were free for an hour - useful for loading/unloading luggage. The flat had everything I needed for living in for a long period - the kitchen was very well stocked with cooking utensils, crockery and modern appliances , and it was so comfortable to stay there for a longer period. Nic was very reponsive and communicative - she came round straight away when the fire alarm battery needed changing! I had no problems during my stay. The wifi was brilliant and the TV was linked up to iPlayer, Netflix etc. I loved my stay and would definitely stay here again!

Really enjoyed our stay and was ideally located as everything was practically within walking distance. Was a home from home and would definitely book this apartment again
