Vacation rentals with a patio in Kingston Beach

It was a really lovely place with every attention detail perfectly pls ed by the host - we didn't want to leave - you would be really missing a treat if you didn't book this place for you visit to Franklin

We stayed two nights and could have easily stayed longer as it was in a great location felt like home away from home. The bed was very comfortable and the property is fully equipped for all your needs and the treats were very much appreciated. We would highly recommend this property and we would easily come back and stay.

This apartment is amazing! Spacious and comfortable with a well stocked kitchen, nestled above a quieter street just out of the hustle and bustle of Hobart's CBD. The location makes the CBD very accessible by foot without being overwhelmed by traffic and noise. The beds are quality and make for a great night's sleep. There's a six burner gas stove in the kitchen with decent quality pots and pans to play with which compliments a lovely dining room overlooking Elizabeth Street. So, although there are plenty of options to eat out in the immediate vicinity, this apartment is a great option for those wanting to make use of the amazing Tasmanian produce on their own terms. can't wait untill my next stay...

Really beautiful spot. Could look over the sea and drink my coffee. Wonderful close restaurants. Robbie Browns is very nice. easy parking etc. Would definitely recommend.

A gorgeous space with all the comforts of home… most importantly super comfy beds! In a great location within easy walking distance of lots of restaurants, the wharf and local sights. Most definitely recommend this home for your stay!

As soon as we entered this place, we were impressed with amazing views of this place! Also this apartment was spacious and had almost everything we needed for our 7 days stay. I would definitly book this place again if I'm back in Hobart at some point in future!

It was also impressively stocked with condiments and extras, which made our stay even more convenient. Communication was clear, and the checkout process was simple and hassle-free. Highly recommend!

Second time I’ve stayed at Arthurton central and loved it. Beautifully luxurious in all inclusions and amenities. Well appointed kitchen and large, comfortable bedrooms. Easy walk to Salamanca and battery point. A wonderful property and very communicative and helpful host.

Gorgeous beach apartment right on the beach. Great cafes, restaurants and pub nearby and we really enjoyed our swim at Kingston Beach and neighbouring Boronia Beach.

Andrews place is in a fantastic location and is super clean with everything you need to make dinner. Definitely recommend!

Our family really enjoyed our stay in Hobart. One of the major reasons was the place we stayed. First of all, the room was very clean and well decorated. Next, there were many available items and kitchenware. Also, there was a fireplace that came surprisingly handy when we got to roast marshmallows. The location is very close to many famous places in Hobart and the hosts were very friendly and recommended a local restaurant to us. The only problem was the steep and narrow driveway. But overall it was a very nice place to stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Brian’s house. We had 3 couples and a 3 year old and it was perfect for us with lots of room. The place was clean, clutter free, lots of beautiful plants and had all the amenities we needed. Brian was even lovely enough to leave some fresh abalone there for us, unfortunately we didn’t get the time to have it but it was a very thoughtful gesture. We will stay again if we’re in the area again. Fantastic Home!
