Loved our stay. The land is very peaceful and hosts are friendly. Loved the gated porch - the listing was pet friendly and this gate allowed me to take advantage of indoor / outdoor living without worrying about my dogs. The kitchen does have an electric skilled and hot plate. Coffee is keurig style. Photos maybe a bit outdated and honestly dont do it justice. It was lovely and we intend to go back

Sarah went out of her way to make her home very accommodating. There were K cups (coffee) and a few snacks. The home was very clean and well kept. Location is within easy walking distance to Holston Valley, Medical Center as well as the Kingsport greenway.

Wonderful host!! This was my first air B&B experience and I was blown away! Will definitely use her again in the future!

James was an incredible host and was very responsive when we needed to get in touch with him. The location is beautiful up on the side of the mountain and we had lots of area to explore. The beds were comfy and the kids loved the sectional couch that could be rearranged to create a wider or smaller space for a fort. Also, the tub in the master bath was AMAZING!

Daphanie's little house is a cute, friendly place with one of the best-outfitted kitchens I've ever seen in an Airbnb! If you plan to cook while you're in Johnson City, you definitely need to consider staying here. She is also very responsive. This is a great little place.

This is a very clean place with an amazing view. The decoration is modern and cozy. I would recommend to anyone who is considering. A truly friendly couple!

First time in a tiny house. It was amazing. Very well appointed, warm & cozy. My wife and I loved it.

Beautiful home in a quiet location. This was a perfect spot for a small group to spend a week together. Kitchen was big enough for all of us to cook together. Living rooms on both floors were comfortable and had lots of great natural light. Would definitely come back.

This place was wonderful. Quiet and peaceful. Camp fire pit and firewood on site. Plenty of fishing spots close by. Zero traffic, zero noise except for the creek across the road. Ms RoxAnne was happy to answer all our questions and always had a fast response.

This was a great place with a country location but close enough to go grab a bite to eat in 5 min. Its conveniently located close to VCT. The weather was not in our favor for biking but We really enjoyed the cows and geese.

This stay was an absolute treat! Clean, well equipped and private yet close enough to ‘town’. The local town of Erwin was endearing as they rebuild and everyone in that area as well as Unicoi were very friendly and helpful. The cottage itself was just right for our family of three. We were all very comfortable. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to utilize the fire pit but the set up for it is lovely. Also, the babbling creek was a nice surprise! We will definitely book again when we are back in the area and would absolutely suggest to others.

Perfect! Plenty of room, cozy beds, well appointed kitchen. A dream to cook Thanksgiving dinner. Coffee bar was a crowd pleaser. Friendly neighbors. Win! Win!

Our favorite place to stay near Bristol. It’s very modern and clean. The hosts are very responsive and accommodating. It feels like home. Can’t wait to go back!!

Tyrone’s spot was so great for our short trip in Johnson City! Very accommodating for us to bring our small dog. The dog that roams the property is also very friendly! Great price for the stay as well. We will be back!

Beautiful cabin in sight of the South Holston River. You can walk down the hill to fish in the river. Hosts recommended a float guide which resulted in lots of caught fish! I loved being near the South Holston Dam and Osceola Island for great trail walking and the short distance to Bristol and Elizabethton for antiquing and great food.

What a beautiful property close to downtown Jonesbourgh, immaculate, peaceful & the attention to every detail made our stay feel like home. We’ve stayed in many Air BNB & this was definitely a favorite. Would highly recommend Kenneth & Renae’s place, they are wonderful hosts.

Great location and hosts! I had originally booked for 5 days and extended it to 4 more days. Great restaurants within walking distance Perfect size for us (2) with another bedroom. I would 100 percent recommend staying here.
