Had a lovely time here. 5 min to downtown, but far enough away to be private. Host was very communicative and helpful. Bedding, towels, etc felt premium. Would definitely stay again!

The place is fantastic and Jennifer is great! We had a such lovely time with our girls (2 dogs). There are great walking trails in the area that is short driving distance as well! 10/10 - we would do it again.

By far one of THE BEST Air BnB's we've ever stayed at. I can't say enough about the location -- the views were stunning, the farm and rolling hills were absolutely beautiful. The donkey, horse, cats and chickens were sweet as can be. The hot tub, pool and brick fireplace were to die for. Jonesborough was such a cute and fun town. I cried when we left because it was so peaceful. We will be coming back, sooner rather than later.

My daughter and I take a Christmas vacation in the mountains every year. This year, we took my daughter's service animal along with us. Tammy was very welcoming to all three of us and a very wonderful host. The farm animals were absolutely precious and very friendly! Not only was the tiny house prestine, the overall grounds of the entire farm property were very well kept and you wouldn't even know you were on a farm! There were NO farm animal smells and the animals are so well taken care of that they're practically pets! We adored the Christmas decorations in the tiny house and on the grounds and had an absolute blast during our stay. 10/10 would definitely stay here again! - Deana / Lauren / Molly

Just what we needed while we were having some renovations done on our own home in Johnson City.

Amazing! My sister and I were attending a wedding for the weekend and Keli/ Preston's place was perfect! The venue was only 5 minutes away from the Airbnb which was perfect! The camper was cozy and comfortable, definitely would stay here again. Had plenty of space for us and we felt right at home, well done! I recommend this place for sure, the price was also very affordable! Love the view from the backyard and everything that we needed was close by! Thank you again Keli/ Preston for a great stay!

We had a great family long weekend here! Fun nature walk with our kids and swam in the pool. Beautiful area and hosts that were great to work with!

This place was wonderful. Quiet and peaceful. Camp fire pit and firewood on site. Plenty of fishing spots close by. Zero traffic, zero noise except for the creek across the road. Ms RoxAnne was happy to answer all our questions and always had a fast response.

Tyrone’s spot was so great for our short trip in Johnson City! Very accommodating for us to bring our small dog. The dog that roams the property is also very friendly! Great price for the stay as well. We will be back!

Beautiful cabin in sight of the South Holston River. You can walk down the hill to fish in the river. Hosts recommended a float guide which resulted in lots of caught fish! I loved being near the South Holston Dam and Osceola Island for great trail walking and the short distance to Bristol and Elizabethton for antiquing and great food.

We had a fantastic mom/daughter weekend! We appreciate the Christmas decorations. The apartment was spotless, cozy, and super comfortable. It was well stocked and had more than we needed. I didn't need my special travel pillow, and that is a first for me! We slept so well which is also very rare. We are looking forward to coming back.

Very nicely furnished and extremely comfortable place with all of the amenities we needed. In a really cool and trendy area of downtown Johnson City (the Tree Streets) with great access to breweries and the nicer restaurants in town. Quiet too.

The Oasis was a beautiful, serene place to spend a few days--meticulously clean, tastefully decorated, quiet, and well equipped. Janice provided excellent information and responded quickly to messages. The garden and fish pond created a lovely setting for outdoor relaxation. We're glad we stayed here during our visit to Abingdon.
