Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Kingsport

The house was so clean and charming, there is a little stream out back that was so peaceful to listen to. Jackie was very kind and accommodating when I had to adjust my trip slightly. This house was the perfect place to stay at for my trip, it felt so homey and made the whole trip feel so special.

Nice stay real close to everything that we were in town for a funeral service and to visit family. My mom attended Milligan College so the location was perfect for us to drive and visit within minutes. You can get to about any imaginable type of food you would want near by within 15 min. Or so The home was nice size and you could still have your privacy from your own family but still be together. Nice and clean home and host communicated rather quickly. Posting was just as described. Bed in one room is more firm while the one in the other was a little softer so it is all on preference. Decorated for Christmas which was a very nice touch this time of year. We would stay here again. Very easy to find. If visiting with children the extras on the top details visiting with kids has nice touch. Great service and very clean home with what we needed and way more! Thank you!

We had a lovely visit. The kitchen was well stocked, the place was clean, the beds were comfortable, and James was very responsive.

Jennifer’s place was wonderful. It was perfect for my husband and I and our two dogs. Her pace was exactly as described and dog friendly. The back yard was privacy fenced and the perfect size for our pups. Jennifer was very responsive and very personable. We would definitely stay again when we are in the area.

Buc Manor was truly lovely. Sherry had the house decorated for Christmas and a tree was lit and decorated in the living room. The linens were 5 star hotel quality. Communication with Sherry was easy. She was always responsive. I highly recommend staying here. I will the next time I am in Johnson City.

Plenty of interesting and antiques things and toys for the child. The yard was a good size to run around and had a wonderful tire swing. We brought some wood and had a campfire one night. The kitchen was stocked with coffee and napkins and some basic canned goods, oatmeal and spices. We brought a few of our own cooking pots and utensils but for a B&B it was extremely well appropriated. More spacious and more seating than I expected

Such a lovely stay! We travel to the area often as our daughter attends school nearby. This was our first time to bring our dog and Christina’s place was perfect! Her backyard is pretty big and completely fenced and inside is comfortable with ample space. It’s an older house so you get some of that charm, but it’s been maintained so nicely! We used the kitchen for some meals and had everything we needed- even a toaster which is always a plus for us! Location is great too- so close to stores/restaurants, but in a quiet neighborhood.

Regie’s place felt like a cozy home away from home. We were happy to find such a nice place close to our families place. Everything we needed was provided. The rooms were so cozy and you could tell how much thought was put into the comfort of the home. We will definitely come back when we need to rent a place for our family!

Great place, great hosts. easy to find, everything is great, the owner left detailed instructions, everything is clear. in the yard there is a great place for a fire, grill, rest area, everything is organized. a wonderful place with a view. today it snowed and it reminded us of our home in Russia.

Roy's place is the perfect hidden gem in Tree Streets. Tasteful and fun mid-century decor, cozy and inviting. We were there during a cold snap and this place stayed warm throughout. (Incredible insulation!!) The kitchen had everything you could need for a quick meal or in our case, a repurposing of leftovers from the great restaurants along Main Street in DT JC. the living area was perfect for snuggling up with a book, watching some TV and working on the laptop at the table. The bed was comfortable and there were ample linens and blankets, especially for a weeklong stay in winter. Every now and then we could hear the tenants upstairs, but Roy's write up explained that and it didn't bother us any. Appreciated the parking next to the unit. Felt safe, secure and at home the entire time we were there. Wonderful host!

Very nice little spot located, literally, right on top of some local shops. We did not get a chance to visit the local hiking areas but would like to come back to do so and eat at some of the restaurants we saw in the area...maybe Vickie's place will be available again! The little snacks and extra touches of hospitality were greatly appreciated. Arriving home for the night and munching on some snack size boxes of cereal really hits the spot! Very clean, comfy, and uncluttered. Thanks Vickie!

Great place to stay and great location

The apartment was very comfortable and worked for our needs. It’s my husband’s hometown and was close to the people we weee visiting. Cheryl was always helpful if we needed anything.

Kevin was a very friendly host and his wife even made us cookies and offered to make us breakfast. Very sweet people and we will definitely stay again.

My husband had a double bypass surgery at the J.C. Medical Center which was just minutes away. The condo was at a central location which made it a great place for our daughters and me to get much-needed rest. It was a great home away from home.

We needed a few nights stay in Johnson City for a beauty pageant . This was a great place to stay and close to many shops and restaurants. Would stay again !

Clean, cozy, and was more than expecting!!!!!

Jessica’s condo was the perfect place for our stay! The location was fantastic, just a short drive to downtown Bristol and The Pinnacle, with plenty of shops and dining options nearby. The condo itself was stylish, clean, and comfortable, offering everything we needed, from a fully equipped kitchen and reliable WiFi to the convenience of free parking. Jessica was a thoughtful and attentive host, making sure we had everything we needed for an unforgettable stay. We can’t recommend this place enough and hope to return soon!

Came into Northeast Tennessee for a family reunion and stayed in The Harmony. Rita’s communication was quick and excellent the place was very clean and new. Would definitely recommend a stay to anyone. Thanks!!

Great condo close to the racetrack and the Speedway in Lights. This was a great place for a quick trip to explore the Tri-Cities.

This condo was a very nice place, with all of the comforts of home, and located in a convenient andsafe location.. The kitchen was well outfitted, the living room cozy, the beds comfortable and the bathrooms clean and modern. Robbie was very cordial and responsive to our messages.
