The place was absolutely everything as described. They even put out a cute snack tray for you amd your pet. First off you could tell they go the extra mile of thinking of everything. Then you get done after a long evening and lay down on a bed that absolutely without doubt is one of the more comfortable beds we have been on yet. Not just the master bedroom but every room top notch. We absolutely loved the stay here and hope to return soon as we can. We never sleep in but our last day here we slept so good we took another night to take advantage of the beds and atmosphere love love love it!! Tks guys for everything and the wonderful stay. Hope to see you guys again soon.

Buc Manor was truly lovely. Sherry had the house decorated for Christmas and a tree was lit and decorated in the living room. The linens were 5 star hotel quality. Communication with Sherry was easy. She was always responsive. I highly recommend staying here. I will the next time I am in Johnson City.

This was our third year at Maraya's place, and an easy choice for our trips to the Appalachian Athletic Conference Women's Volleyball Tournament at the Meadowview Conference Center -- go CIU Rams!🙌. Why get a hotel room when you can get a whole house with the works for the same cost? I like walking, and the location is less than a 15 minute walk from the Meadowview Conference Center via Oasis Lane. Not to mention that Meadowview itself is great for a beautiful stroll. Plus the neighborhood nearby the house is big enough for a 2 to 3 mile walk with very little traffic and some challenging hills to get the heart rate up.

Nate and Joe’s house was peaceful, clean, and a good value for the price. They were responsive and very kind. The space felt good to be in and it was very well appointed with comfortable beds, furniture, and plenty of dishes and kitchen tools. The only issue we encountered was a noisy neighbor but that’s to be expected in a tight neighborhood with houses situated so close together. The experience provided by Nate and Joe was perfect, otherwise.

Jenna's farmhouse is beautiful and we always feel right at home. We have stayed here twice and really love it!

Such a lovely stay! We travel to the area often as our daughter attends school nearby. This was our first time to bring our dog and Christina’s place was perfect! Her backyard is pretty big and completely fenced and inside is comfortable with ample space. It’s an older house so you get some of that charm, but it’s been maintained so nicely! We used the kitchen for some meals and had everything we needed- even a toaster which is always a plus for us! Location is great too- so close to stores/restaurants, but in a quiet neighborhood.

Warren’s place was absolutely perfect for me and my little family. We were so cozy and warm. It was perfect for Thanksgiving. Warren was responsive and friendly. We are hoping to make it back for Christmas to celebrate with our family again! Thanks, Warren, for making it such a great stay!

Very nice duplex, very clean and quiet! Perfect for our needs. Great for a stopover on our way to Nashville. Enjoyed Nicewonder Winery and the Christmas light show at the speedway. Thanks Chad!

Very nice little spot located, literally, right on top of some local shops. We did not get a chance to visit the local hiking areas but would like to come back to do so and eat at some of the restaurants we saw in the area...maybe Vickie's place will be available again! The little snacks and extra touches of hospitality were greatly appreciated. Arriving home for the night and munching on some snack size boxes of cereal really hits the spot! Very clean, comfy, and uncluttered. Thanks Vickie!

Catherine's place was perfect for a few nights in Johnson City. It's in a quiet neighborhood, yet still close to everything. I was very comfortable and felt right at home. I would stay here again!

The apartment was very comfortable and worked for our needs. It’s my husband’s hometown and was close to the people we weee visiting. Cheryl was always helpful if we needed anything.

The place was great! It was extremely clean, owner was very responsive, and everything was nice. The owner supplied all cookware, toiletries, etc. She was even nice enough to ask what creamer we wanted for our coffee & supplied that along with snacks. She also had supplies for babies, dogs and even feminine supplies. Every little detail was considered. Don't think twice. It was great!

Karen was a pleasure to work with we ending up coming a day sooner then we expected and even though she had someone there that morning who was checking out she had the place cleaned and ready for us that night so we didn't have to book a separate hotel until our check in time ! she made the accommodation for us easy and was glad to help figure out our solution . the place was wonderful and very organized which I loved because im a ocd type of person ;) so I was excited to be able to stay somewhere that reminded me our home . my son raced the entire week we were there so it was a great spot to stay during that time and it was very relaxing once we were back at the home . Definitely recommended by us ! we truly enjoyed our time !

Clean, cozy, and was more than expecting!!!!!

Rita is an excellent host. She is gracious and responsive. The condo isn't much to look at on the outside - but inside it is spacious, clean, and comfortable. We were traveling with our adult daughter, and our son and his family (4 children included). We had plenty of space and we were able to put the kids to bed and enjoy talking in the living room. My husband, an excellent cook who was helping with some Thanksgiving side dishes to bring to our friends celebration, was very impressed with how well the kitchen was stocked including sharp knives (this is uncommon in our experience) and top notch kitchenaide appliances (also not common in other places were we have stayed). You do have a beautiful view although the raceway is part of that. But it is an excellent place to stay even if you aren't there to watch races! We have friends who live in Bristol and we will definitely be repeat customers!

This is a great place to stay if you want a location that is secure and centrally located to access for the trip-cities area. Hosts are very easy to communicate with. Host made sure to have all the “extras” needed for our stay. They also went over and above by offering us cleaning services during our extended stay. We will definitely stay again in the future.
