Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Kingsport

We are thrilled to have stayed at Carl's property! Such a nice, peaceful location with great amenities. Our host provided breakfast food items as well as a variety of coffee to choose from! Upon arrival we were given a tour of the property which I thought was very courteous and helpful. By far the best reservation we've had on Airbnb. 10/10 would stay again, thanks for having us!

The place was absolutely everything as described. They even put out a cute snack tray for you amd your pet. First off you could tell they go the extra mile of thinking of everything. Then you get done after a long evening and lay down on a bed that absolutely without doubt is one of the more comfortable beds we have been on yet. Not just the master bedroom but every room top notch. We absolutely loved the stay here and hope to return soon as we can. We never sleep in but our last day here we slept so good we took another night to take advantage of the beds and atmosphere love love love it!! Tks guys for everything and the wonderful stay. Hope to see you guys again soon.

Buc Manor was truly lovely. Sherry had the house decorated for Christmas and a tree was lit and decorated in the living room. The linens were 5 star hotel quality. Communication with Sherry was easy. She was always responsive. I highly recommend staying here. I will the next time I am in Johnson City.

This was our third year at Maraya's place, and an easy choice for our trips to the Appalachian Athletic Conference Women's Volleyball Tournament at the Meadowview Conference Center -- go CIU Rams!🙌. Why get a hotel room when you can get a whole house with the works for the same cost? I like walking, and the location is less than a 15 minute walk from the Meadowview Conference Center via Oasis Lane. Not to mention that Meadowview itself is great for a beautiful stroll. Plus the neighborhood nearby the house is big enough for a 2 to 3 mile walk with very little traffic and some challenging hills to get the heart rate up.

Jenna's farmhouse is beautiful and we always feel right at home. We have stayed here twice and really love it!

Had a great stay! We weren’t able to get the hot tub working and had an issue with one of the outdoor TV’s but overall it was great and we would stay again!

Great location for activities at the convention center. The fenced front yard is very secure for dogs. House is quiet and comfortable. Water is hot and pressure is good. The deck is great for morning cups of coffee. Paul was attentive and checked several times to see if we needed anything. Would stay here again if in the area.

Eunice was a great host! The house is nice and cozy and was the perfect little spot for my girlfriend and I. We had an awesome weekend getaway! Would definitely go back!

Warren’s place was absolutely perfect for me and my little family. We were so cozy and warm. It was perfect for Thanksgiving. Warren was responsive and friendly. We are hoping to make it back for Christmas to celebrate with our family again! Thanks, Warren, for making it such a great stay!

This apartment was so well appointed and comfortable. It was clean and immaculate. It had a lovely color scheme and comfortable furnishings. The decorating had a theme that was peaceful and updated. The thoughtfulness of the owner is apparent throughout. Roy was so responsive to any requests, and made special accommodation when we needed to stay longer. We cannot say enough about our stay here, and will look to stay here as often as we come to the area.

My friends and I immediately felt at home here. We really appreciated the large living room, dining room and kitchen, making it easy for all 7 of us to comfortably hang out. I will say it was a bit of a struggle having 1 bathroom for 5 people as the second bathroom was inside of the master bedroom. Two thing that would have made the stay almost perfect is if the towels didn't smell musky and the bedding didn't have a rough texture from pillowed lint. Overall, I would recommend this spot for large and small groups.

Catherine's place was perfect for a few nights in Johnson City. It's in a quiet neighborhood, yet still close to everything. I was very comfortable and felt right at home. I would stay here again!

The apartment was very comfortable and worked for our needs. It’s my husband’s hometown and was close to the people we weee visiting. Cheryl was always helpful if we needed anything.

Very comfortable and centrally located.

We needed the place since we were in town for the graduation ceremony at ETSU, which is right down the road. It was ideally located so we didn't have to worry about getting to all the events on time and navigating an area unfamiliar to us. We had some concerns over noise being that close to the campus and potentially having lots of students living nearby but it wasn't an issue at all. The place was comfortable with all the necessities and was immaculately clean. We felt it was a great price and suited our needs perfectly.

Great place to stay fit all our needs for our trip . Would use Seth's place again if we would return to the area.

Karen was a pleasure to work with we ending up coming a day sooner then we expected and even though she had someone there that morning who was checking out she had the place cleaned and ready for us that night so we didn't have to book a separate hotel until our check in time ! she made the accommodation for us easy and was glad to help figure out our solution . the place was wonderful and very organized which I loved because im a ocd type of person ;) so I was excited to be able to stay somewhere that reminded me our home . my son raced the entire week we were there so it was a great spot to stay during that time and it was very relaxing once we were back at the home . Definitely recommended by us ! we truly enjoyed our time !

Easy to find and a great location. We were visiting family in Abingdon for Thanksgiving. This was close to town and easy to get to places of interest. The kitchen was well equipped.

Rita is an excellent host. She is gracious and responsive. The condo isn't much to look at on the outside - but inside it is spacious, clean, and comfortable. We were traveling with our adult daughter, and our son and his family (4 children included). We had plenty of space and we were able to put the kids to bed and enjoy talking in the living room. My husband, an excellent cook who was helping with some Thanksgiving side dishes to bring to our friends celebration, was very impressed with how well the kitchen was stocked including sharp knives (this is uncommon in our experience) and top notch kitchenaide appliances (also not common in other places were we have stayed). You do have a beautiful view although the raceway is part of that. But it is an excellent place to stay even if you aren't there to watch races! We have friends who live in Bristol and we will definitely be repeat customers!
